Family-friendly vacation rentals in Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval

This place is fantastic! The bed and fold-down couch are both super comfortable, and the view *cannot be beat.* Quick and easy drive to hikes and grocery stores etc. If you're looking for a place to stay in the area, just book this one—you won't regret it. Really really happy with it, would love to stay again if I come through the region.

Everything was perfect, as described and in the photos. Clean accommodation and everything you need is available (linens, towels, coffee etc...). The trailer is well separated from the owners' accommodation, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the garden in complete privacy. The place is very quiet and soothing, ideal for relaxing after a walk in Annecy.

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well equipped (better than described), the magnificent view, and the sauna and jakuzi great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Amazing location...very walkable to the lifts, restaurants & shops. The hot tub was top notch. The beds were very comfortable, and there was always hot water. We were three couples, and we had plenty of space, but if all rooms were full (including the bunk beds), it could be a tight squeeze - but thats what you expect in mountain resorts so no worries.

Great! Jacuzzi a plus and everything was good, clean, and functional in the apartment. Great responsiveness and welcome, thanks to the good hosts!

We came with my friends to spend a week in this beautiful cottage. The place is super soothing with the forest right next door. Valérie lives next to the cottage and is very easily reachable which allowed for great communication. The cottage is made of wood by her spouse and it's just beautiful! Very responsive and welcoming host. Beautiful cottage with all amenities and a beautiful distribution of bedrooms and living spaces. Very nice view. And a quick access to the different valleys. Walking distance possible for good walkers to Morzine Through the paths.

We had a family weekend with children and the chalet was perfect, large, several bedrooms and bathroom, everyone had their own space. Very peaceful place in the middle of nature, a superb terrace and barbecue to enjoy the beautiful days, good amenities in the cottage and very clean. We recommend 100% 🙂

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I would recommend it!

We were great at the house. Awesome garden and the kids enjoyed the trampoline.

We had a dreamy week at this cottage. The scenery is simply breathtaking, ideal for recharging and enjoying nature. The cottage was spotlessly clean, very cozy and perfectly equipped to meet all our needs. Fabienne is adorable, always available and very welcoming. Brieuc is very attentive: provision of the necessary needs for a full breakfast, an aperitif, a list of tourist tips, which is useful. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the shores of Lake Geneva as well as the ski resorts. For those who love nature, walk in nature without taking the car. Cities like Evian, Thonon are very close by car. Very pleasant stay, magnificent landscapes between Lake Geneva and the mountain. Don't hesitate.

If you want to stay around Lake Annecy, it is at Marc's place that you have to go. Relaxing, well located to shine,and following the marc directions you will not be decus.belle terrace to settle in and pool to cool off after the walks with a great panorama. Really look no further.

We had a very good week at Lorraine's, the accommodation is very well thought out with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It's a luxury skiing! It is part of a residence with swimming pool, the services are good levels and it is a few minutes walk from the eggs that go up to the top of the resort. With snow, it's even accessible by ski! I wholeheartedly recommend staying! Thanks for everything!

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance or you don't give it importance but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb but a perfectly liberal vision… Just the impression of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I'm sending a final text to inform you of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services… nothing to complain about, the value for money is very good, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you, Georges...

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.

Marcos José’s place is very close to Genebra, and a great option for a small family to visit the region

The accommodation is very well located, quiet, in Prémanon. There is a small convenience store nearby for some shopping. You can also take many walks from the village. Anne-Marie was very welcoming and our stay went very well.

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.
