Ses conseils sont excellents pour découvrir la culture locale, c'est très facile de communiquer et elle a un vrai sens de l'hospitalité. La maison très bien rénovée est située dans une zone agricole, l'extérieur complètement clos est joliment végétalisé et très bien aménagé de façon à pouvoir en profiter à tous les moments de la journée. Beaucoup de points d'intérêts à moins de 20 min de route. Très très recommandé !

la maison est très jolie et confortable, il y a tout de proximité ( restaurant-bar... ecc ...) la hôte Niki très gentille et chaleureuse, une des meilleures expérience airbnb, sûrement à répéter.

Wow! Emmett's place is just stunning. The pictures definitely don't do it justice. If you are looking for a quiet retreat with absolutely stunning scenery to help you unwind, this is the perfect spot. It is designed so beautifully, with open spaces, blending with the surroundings (rather than being an eye sore like some of the other places we saw). We couldn't get enough of the view of the sea and the mountains from the living space - it felt like an amazing painting. Swimming in the pool with that scenery was an absolute dream. We are a couple with a 4-month baby, and the main house was perfect for us. Emmett was very hospitable, making sure we had everything we need, and very responsive when we had issues or were looking for suggestions for places. The area is great - an easy walk to the village of Sivas, with plenty of options for restaurants. Several lovely beach options as well, just 10 - 15 minutes away. Our only regret is not having stayed longer!

We hebben heerlijk gevonden van ons verblijf. Alles voldeed aan de beschrijving, en alles was kraaknet. De jacuzzi is in de lente zeker ook een meerwaarde om de frisse avonden door te komen. Het verblijf ligt dichtbij Matala, leuke dorpen en mooie stranden. Zeker de moeite!

Nous avons passé des vacances incroyables dans cette splendide villa. Tout est conçu avec goût et avec de beaux matériaux. Tout est extrêmement propre. La vue est splendide. On s’y sent bien à peine la porte d’entrée franchie. Maria a toujours été réactive à la moindre de nos questions. Et l’environnement est magnifique. Il n’y a vraiment absolument rien de négatif à dire! C est un sans faute ! Nous étions séduits !

Casa molto bella e arredata in modo funzionale. Posizione panoramica con bellissima vista. Necessario avere a disposizione una macchina per gli spostamenti. Molto comoda la terrazza coperta nella quale si può mangiare. Ottima l’accoglienza da parte di Stavros, ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo anche delle buonissime specialità cretesi che abbiamo mangiato la prima sera a cena. Consiglio la casa a chi cerca un posto tranquillo e lontano dal caos.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen in dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft in einem charmanten, ruhigen Dorf auf Kreta unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Lage in den Bergen bietet eine friedliche Atmosphäre, die für unsere Entspannung gut tat, abseits vom Tourismus. Die Unterkunft selbst war äußerst praktisch und gut ausgestattet. Die gemütliche Einrichtung sorgte dafür, dass wir uns wohl fühlten. Die Ruhe der Umgebung war einfach himmlisch – ideal, um dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Um die Umgebung und die vielen schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden, ist ein Auto wichtig. So kann man die authentische kretische Kultur und die atemberaubende Natur in vollen Zügen genießen. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen! Ein perfekter Ort für alle, die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit in einer naturnahen und bergigen Umgebung suchen. Wir bedanken uns sehr für die Gastfreundschaft und die tolle Kommunikation!

This was one of the best houses I stayed in - really modern and great internal design. The two bathrooms are a rarity in Greece and we were really happy that we had them. We enjoyed the very comfortable beds and the pillows. A fully equipped kitchen was also a nice element to the perfect stay. Need to know that the village is on a hill and there is a narrow cobbled street (no direct access by car), but there is a small parking about 150m away from the house.

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο στο γραφικό χωριό των κάτω Ασιτών. Η φιλοξενία ήταν επίσης άψογη . Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός και επικοινωνιακός.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Georg sehr genossen. Besonders der Garten war so toll für unsere zwei Jungs mit viel Auslauf und tollen Spielmöglichkeiten. Wir wurden mit leckerem Olivenöl und frisch geplücktem Salat verwöhnt und konnten Granatapfel aus dem Garten naschen. Die Kommunikation mit Georg war immer einwandfrei und schnell. Er und seine Familie waren immer stets bemüht und so freundlich. Wir durften sogar bei der Olivenernte zuschauen und haben so viel darüber von Georg gelernt. Die Umgebung ist toll, um verschiedene Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Wir können Georgs Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt für uns. Wer die Ruhe und Einsamkeit liebt, sollte sich dieses Erlebnis nicht entgehen lassen. Rena hat Fragen immer sehr gut und zügig beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr über Ihre Aufmerksamkeiten gefreut. Es ist eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der wir uns richtig wohl gefühlt haben. Der Balkon ist geräumig, ja man teilt ihn sich mit der Nachbarwohnung - ist aber trotzdem privat. Wir haben unsere Nachbarn kaum gesehen. Es ist ein wirkliches nettes, beschauliches Dörfchen mit sehr netten, freundlichen Einwohnern. Die Tavernen am Strand hatten sehr leckeres Essen und freundliche Gastgeber. Wie aus anderen Bewertungen bekannt, muss man Serpentinen mögen und sollte Wanderschuhe einpacken. Meine sind leider am zweiten Tag kaputt gegangen, sonst hätten wir mehrere Touren in die Höhe unternommen. Das Laufen von Bucht zu Bucht (traumhafte Strände) ging mit Turnschuhen recht gut, wenn man selber trittsicher ist. Wir kommen wieder mal her.

Logement conforme et encore mieux en vrai. Rien à redire tout était parfait et à la hauteur. Beaucoup de petits restaurants ce qui est un plus après une longue journée. Yannis est un hôte réactif et pleins de petites attentions :) Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

We are the family of 3 and we had a great stay at Charis's apartment. The place is very big, beds and linens super comfy, towels, bath supplies - like a top end hotel! Kitchen with all you need if you want to cook. My favourite spot was the balcony with comfy furniture to have a morning coffee or to admire stunning sunsets (I think I took like 300 photos). Underground parking was a plus for us as we had a car. The place is outside the old city, but the parking is really cheap (3 euros for a full day at the Marina) or you can take a 15 min walk. Charis is an amazing host. All communication was perfect. He left us candie and Easter specialties to try. last but mot least, as we arrived late on Easter Sunday, he picked up groceries for us as most places were closed. Thank you again Charis. I cannot recommend the place and the host enough. We did not want to leave and hope to be back!

appartement fidèle à l annonce , il rend même mieux en vrai,, très calme nous avons très bien dormi ... seul bémol notre arrivée en voiture n est pas pratique du tout , nous avons du aller un peu loin pour se garer ! l emplacement de l appartement est ideal , on se retrouve vite dans le quartier animé, en conclusion c était parfait !

A very enjoyable stay. Everything was new and clean. The apartment was well-equipped. Outside, there was a great, large pool with always clean water. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Another plus is the location near the main road, with Rethymno not too far away. A small minus related is also the location near the main road, as the noise from the street could be heard quite clearly in the rooms facing it. Anyhow, overally, I fully recommend this place as a great base for trips around Crete.

We stayed here for 8 days with our son and his wife and our granddaughter. It was absolutely perfect for us, we spent several days in Heraklion and then toured the neighbouring regions of the island in our rented car. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a large and well-stocked kitchen which allowed us to cook some meals together. We were especially grateful for Eirini's offers of assistance and suggestions for activities such as the Oxi day celebrations on October 28. We would have missed it if she hadn't alerted us to the parade. All in all a perfect holiday, would gladly stay there again.

Nikos' place is incredible. It totally transports you to another time and lets you absorb the beauty of the Cretan landscape and nature. We noticed something new every day. Having the pool with stunning views of the mountains and sea, a well-equipped kitchen and an olive tree shaded seating area to eat in, meant we rarely had to leave the place! A holiday to remember forever for us. Thank you

This was a spacious, beautiful space with a lovely pool. It was easy to do day trips from the location. I would be happy to stay again at this house!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und alles war wunderbar! Der Pool war sauber und schön kühl! Auf Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen und man ist nur 20 min von den tollsten Stränden entfernt! Da die Unterkunft abgelegen, aber nah an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt, sollte man sich Oropax mitnehmen, wenn man mit geöffneten Fenstern sprich ohne Klimaanlage ( die alle einwandfrei funktionieren ) schlafen möchte und evtl empfindlich ist auf Lärm. Alles in allem war es ein wunderbares Haus mit allem was man braucht! Vielen Herzlichen Dank für alles :)

Das Haus ist inmitten der Natur, mit Tieren ganz in der Nähe und viel Ruhe. Nachts hört man nur die Grillen, sonst nichts. Für Ruhesuchende kann ich die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen. Es ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und geräumig. Wir waren in einem kleinen Paradies. Nikos ist ein sympathischer Gastgeber und sehr nett. Die Lage ist optimal für diverse Unternehmungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für alles!

Es gab ein Problem bei der Buchung, aber Maryianna hat uns ganz unkompliziert eine Umbuchung in eine andere Unterkunft angeboten (Villa Dafni), daher bezieht sich die Bewertung auf die Villa Dafni. Wir waren zwei Familien mit drei Kindern und haben uns während dem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt! Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto um zu den Stränden, Tavernen oder anderen Orten zu kommen, aber innerhalb von 5-15 Minuten ist alles gut erreichbar und man kann die Zeit auch gut mit Plantschen im Pool verbringen 😊 Die Kommunikation war immer super schnell und hilfreich!

Trotz anfänglicher technischer Probleme mit dem Haus verdient es definitiv die 5 Sterne. Da das Badezimmer recht klein ist, ist dieses Haus ideal für kleine Familien mit Max 2 Kindern oder einzelne Paare. Wenn man es abgeschieden und sehr ruhig mag, ist man hier genau richtig. Das Grundstück mit großem Pool ist sehr schön angerichtet und gepflegt. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer also einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub verleben möchte den können wir das Haus super empfehlen. Ein Auto ist muss, da Strände und Städte in 15–20 min erreicht werden können. Wir hatten ein schöne Zeit.

We had such a lovely stay at Manolis’ house. Our family of 7 (incliding a 2 & 5 year old & my 75 yo mom) all loved our visit. Manolis met us and gave us such a warm welcome with so many local tips and recommendations. It was even more beautiful then the photos and full od beautiful family heirlooms. The village of Amari is beautiful and peaceful and the villa is perfectly located in the middle of the village right next to the taverna. The views are amazing, the pool an numerous patios are gorgeous with stunning views and it is so peaceful and private. There were so many lovely complementary foods from the local vendors on arrival which made us feel right at home. Rumy cooked us the most amazing meals we had in the region that were so incredibly delicious! Do not miss her meals! She modified multiple dishes for our dietary restrictions. She is truly a masterful chef and such a wonderfully warm person. Our kids loved the home, pool, outdoor cats & Rumy! Everyone was so kid friendly!

Fantastische villa met prachtig zwembad en uitzicht. Beneden bij de zee kun je mooi snorkelen en vissen bekijken dankzij het super heldere water. Wij en onze kinderen hebben er van genoten. Eerste dorp is 30 minuten rijden dus zorg voor voldoende boodschappen.
