Beachfront vacation rentals in Sirens Beach

Wir waren das erste Mal auf Zypern und haben hier diese wundervolle Villa gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit Diana lief einwandfrei und sie konnte uns jederzeit sofort weiterhelfen, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben die Villa für 6 Nächte gebucht. Die kurze Fahrtzeit vom Flughafen von nur ca 20 Minuten war sehr entspannt. Angekommen an der Villa waren wir sehr überrascht von der unglaublich schönen Unterkunft! Die Bilder sind keineswegs „übertrieben“ wie bei einigen anderen Unterkünften. Es war alles einwandfrei und es fehlte wortwörtlich an nichts! Es war ausreichend Geschirr, Grillzubehör und vieles mehr vor Ort, was man für den alltäglichen Gebrauch in der Küche benötigt. Der Garten und der große Pool waren super zum entspannen! Auch die Umgebung mit den vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und super Restaurants hat den Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Wir sind unglaublich froh diese Villa gefunden zu haben und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub! Danke!!😍😍

Séjour très agréable, vous pouvez tous faire à pied la plage, les restaurants et les courses. Victoria a été très réactive dès que nous avions des questions.

Vi har fått ett jätte bra och fint minne från den här resan. Huset var perfekt för en familj på 6 vuxna och två småbarn. Läget kunde inte bli bättre! Fint hem både inne och ute, L.A Mer Homes var en bra värld. Stranden, shopping, restauranger och busstation är jätte nära. Vi skulle gärna komma tillbaka. Vi använde oss av transfer servicen som L.A Mer Homes bokade till oss, det var smidigt och skönt att det var anordnat.

היה מדהים ועולה על הציפיות! הבית מאובזר ברמה גבוהה, הבריכה מהממת ומתוחזקת בצורה טובה מאוד,כל יום הגיע איש בריכות לטפל, הוילה נראית בדיוק כמו בתמונה, והחלק המיוחד ביותר הוא חוף הים, הכניסה למים ממש מול הגינה, חוף פשוט יפיפה!!!!! נהננו מכל רגע תודה רבה!

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa! It was such a pleasure to spend a few days enjoying this stunning location. The house is right by the sea, with an amazing view and a peaceful garden full of trees and plants. The host was very helpful and provided all the information we needed to feel at home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

Wunderschöne, saubere, top ausgestattete Villa in bester Lage! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Super netter Gastgeber! Es war alles perfekt :) Der Gastgeber ist bei Problemen und Fragen extrem hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich rundum umsorgt. Alles war extrem sauber, das Bad und die Toilette frisch renoviert, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet und in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage. Zu Fuß sind es, durch das Gartentor, 30-60 Sekunden bis zum Strand. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den ersten Supermarkt, schicke Restaurants und Bars. Mit dem Auto dauert es ca. 20 Minuten nach Ayia Napa und 50 Minuten zum Flughafen Larnaca. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung und die Strandpromenade lädt zum Spazieren oder Joggen ein (sehr lang :)). Der „Garten“ ist wunderschön mit einem wirklich großen Pool, bequemen Liegen und es gibt sogar einen kleinen Grill. Alle zwei Tage kommt jemand zur Poolwartung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Vielen Dank :)

The villa was beautiful, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. A spacious and fully equipped house in a quiet location. The pool and amazing weather throughout the stay were the icing on the cake. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely return. Highly recommended for families with children.

Sehr tolle Lage, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an die diversen Strände, Buchten und Orte in der Umgebung. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz und je Schlafzimmer eine eigene Klimaanlage. Im Außenbereich könnte sie vielleicht mal einen kleinen Refresh und etwas mehr Liebe bei den Terrassendielen benötigen.

Beautiful villa , so comfy it’s just like being home from home with the added bonus of a large pool,which was much needed as the weather was scorchio 😀 . The villa is ideally placed , about five minute walk from stunning Nissi beach and about 20 minute walk to the main Ayia napa strip ,or you could easily catch the bus and be there in a few minutes and for only a few euros. We were very sad to leave and would definitely book again

We have just spent a week at Katrina’s beautiful home celebrating mine and my husband’s 50th birthdays with our family. The Villa is spacious, our son and his fiancée are expecting their first baby and the bedroom on the ground floor was ideal for them. The pool is a lovely size and we all spent a lot of time in. The Villa is in a great location close to all amenities. We plan to book again, and next time have our first grandchild with us 😍 We highly recommend Dream Beach Villa.

We had a fantastic stay! The villa was exactly as described and location was perfect as everything only a short walk away. It was lovely to be able to use the hotel pool/gym and the staff at the hotel were very welcoming. Julia was very responsive to any questions we had and promptly acted when there was a small issue during our stay. All in all the villa was just perfect for us. Thank you Julia 😃

Sehr schöne, geräumige Villa in toller Lage direkt am Strand. Außergewöhnlich geräumiger Pool und Gartenbereich. Obwohl die Villa schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist alles in sehr gutem Zustand und tiptop sauber. Uns hat gefallen, dass es nicht weit entfernt ein tolles Fischrestaurant gibt. Wie schon andere Gäste angemerkt haben braucht man ein Auto für die Einkäufe. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder! Tanja und Thomas

Nikos is a very experienced host who provided all the information we needed prior to our arrival. He arranged the airport transfer for us, which saved me the hassle, and seemed reasonably priced. The welcome food pack was much needed as we had arrived during the night of Christmas Eve. Nikos also provided us with the traditional Kleftiko meal a few days later, which was a lovely gesture. The villa though not quite spotlessly clean, was tidy and well maintained and is in a good area, just a short walk from the stunning beach waterfront. There are loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Many were closed as we went out of peak season but there was still enough places available for our requirements. The free use of the car is a great perk of the property, which we used for day trips into other areas. We enjoyed our time in beautiful Cyprus.

Our group of 8 including children had a brilliant 9 night stay. The house itself has all the basics. Showers and the bbq were particularly good. Location is excellent for a quiet family holiday; walking distance to Ayia Thekla beach which is perfect for younger kids who like to paddle. The restaurant there is also lovely and family friendly (onsite play area). We had cars so we could explore further but there is enough within walking distance to do without one if you want a very local, quiet holiday.

An excellent stay! The house was clean and comfortable. The hosts were exceptionally kind and truly heartwarming. Every request we had was met with a smile. The house was fully equipped and felt like home. The location is perfect, with everything accessible and within walking distance. We will definitely return!

Very happy with our stay! Warm welcome with fruits and drinks in the fridge was very much appreciated after a long flight with two toddlers! We had some trouble finding the place through the map pinned on Airbnb, so maybe make sure to ask for the proper address before checking in. It got sorted quickly after we contacted Elena. For us, the highlight was the beautiful garden with lots of places to play and sit in different areas, and our children enjoyed the inflatable pool which was ready for them when we arrived. The house had everything we needed for the kids; cot, high chair etc. Nice beach 10 minute walk, where you can enjoy calm sea, perfect for children! We very much appreciated having a car here, so we could explore, but plenty of buses leaving just outside the house, so public transportation seems good!

The apartment was great and matched the description. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with cooking facilities, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The location is excellent, with a coastal path linking the area to shops, restaurants, and clubs just a short walk away. Fig Tree Bay and the entertainment area are to the left, while quiet, beautiful beaches are 15 minutes’ walk to the right. The complex pool gets sun most of the day, and the site team maintains the water quality daily. The complex sun-loungers are rarely full, though be aware, they can tip slightly when seated upright. If you are an early bird, the balcony offers stunning sunrise views across the bay. The balcony gets the sun all day, with dual-aspect windows providing a cool breeze. Air conditioning is also available. Craig was a great host, with excellent communication and spot-on directions. We’d happily book his apartment again if we return to Protaras.

Very nice house with everything you need as base camp for snorkling from the Mimosa beach (few minutes walk) or Green bay (less than 10 minuter walk). We met sea turtles almost everything day :)

We loved the house and it’s exactly as pictured. It’s in a great location - very convenient, and also within minutes from the beach and a beautiful walk along the seafront. Checkin was super easy and George messaged every few days to check we had everything we needed. We’d highly recommend this house and we’d love to stay there agin.

This was our second time staying at Neoclis' villa, and once again it exceeded our expectations (welcoming, serene peaceful environment and incredible hospitality). It’s no surprise that this property has consistently received 5 star reviews - everything about it is perfect! I was shocked to see one off review with a rating less than 5/5 (they may had other motives). Like all the previous guests, my experience was flawless. The peaceful and relaxing location right by Sirena Bay is unbeatable, and I loved starting my mornings with walks along the beach just steps from the house. The villa is spotless, comfortable, and Neoclis, once again, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. This place truly deserves its perfect reputation!

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city
