Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Sintra

Robert and Fabian’s house is much more spacious than what Airbnb photos had showed us. The location is great. It’s close to Sintra and Azenhas do Mar, one of the most beautiful coastlines in the country. Fabian is kind and considerate. He has old-school hospitality, gave us great travel tips, and even made coffee for us before our early morning flight. We really enjoyed our stay there.

This was an excellent stay and reminded me of the old days on Airbnb: uncomplicated, clean and extremely friendly and supportive hosts. Perfect for visiting Sintra and also Lisbon, since it is strategically placed in between but without the parking trouble. Would definitely stay here again.

Maria’s place was very quaint and gave us a true taste of what a Portuguese residence is like! Very nice location as well with parking available just outside the house. Highly recommend

Highly recommended. Sheila was always very friendly and helpful and was always available to answer questions. The apartment is very comfortable and as advertised in the description and photos. The area is quiet and it is very easy to access both by car and public transport, as you have a train and bus station very close. I would recommend it 100% and I would definitely stay in this apartment if I travel again

The small apartment has everything you need. It's not in Sintra's old town, and that's a good thing. 2 stations by train and you are stress-free there. Even to Lisbon, the train connection is perfect. About 30 minutes. The apartment is on a large street, but still quiet due to the good windows and the glazed balcony. The reception was very friendly. We felt very comfortable.

Daniel was a great host, and the apartment was comfortable, spacious, and in the perfect location to explore Sintra during the day. I appreciated Daniel’s quick responses, and willingness even to come have a look at the coffee maker when it wasn’t working. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stay near Sintra.

Very nice space and great hosts

The location of this villa is absolutely unbeatable! It's right next to the famous Quinta da Regaleira, with stunning views of the Seteais Palace and beautiful grounds featuring a blooming garden and a lovely pool. Our hosts were very kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We booked the villa for my sister's bachelorette weekend as a group of 7 friends. It was the perfect base for exploring the magical town of Sintra, going on nature hikes, relaxing with drinks by the pool, and even taking a quick Uber into Lisbon for a fun night out. The combination of nature, charm, and accessibility made for a truly memorable stay. The property consists of two separate buildings, both with a more rustic, traditional feel. We found this added to the charm of the experience, and the bathrooms were surprisingly modern and comfortable. That said, the rustic vibe that comes with older buildings may not be for everyone. Something to keep in mind depending on your preferences.

Magda and Dario are wonderful people and very good hosts! Everything was clean and everything what you need was in the house. We were 5 people and used 3 bedrooms. If we had questions it was easy to contact Dario and he was extremely helpful. a supermarket is 10 within walking distance and the beach approx. 45 Minutes. It is a bike available this is perfect.

What a beautiful location, short walk to the city center, short walk to some stunning views, or just hang out by the pool. We would definitely stay again!!

Outside the climate that was very bad wind fog we really appreciated the spacious comfortable accommodation with everything you need to live at home and the more it is the small garden fortunately well sheltered and sunny. A car is absolutely necessary to enjoy the surroundings of the beaches of the Ericeira atmosphere and its restaurants Fortunately at 2 km there is a small food area very well stocked and above on the 1st floor a typical Portuguese restaurant where we eat very good fish at an unbeatable price Very quiet accommodation that I recommend but a little far from the centers

Joaquim and Rui were very helpful. The villa is perfect for children. Lots to do in the games room and fun to be had by the pool. Rui was always very responsive and great local tips of places to eat and things to see. We didn’t have a car so used Uber a lot to get around which was also very easy. Ericeira and Mafra are both close and lovely to explore. Would highly recommend.

My group has had a lovely and memorable stay at Manuel's. Our first night was a nightmare as he had sent me a pdf with location details that I had missed, which meant we had an access code but couldn't find the actual property. It didn't help that it was the middle of the night. Our spirits were lifted the next morning though as we woke up to the glorious sunlight over the beautiful Magoito landscape and took in the breathtaking view of the beach from the balcony. And Manuel more than made up for the distress of the first night for which we were grateful. I notice that the address has been updated but do make sure you have the pdf and try not to arrive late. All in all, a good experience for both adults and children!😊 Will recommend.

Nice house between the charming Sintra park and the Ocean. All can be reached on foot if you like hiking. Very friendly and responsive hostess. The house is well equipped for a long stay and even has a functional fireplace.

Staying in this condominium with my family was an absolute treasure. We had ample space to relax and enjoy each other and our surroundings. The view of the sunset every evening was impeccable!

Maria was the best host and offered exceptional hospitality during check-in with an infant. The place was walking distance to a nearby center with food and 20 minutes from the main center that home was clean and beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

Grand Apartment, all well clean and spacious, host Paulo always interested and accessible, as well as Luan who attended us at check in, received us with wine and beer in the fridge, we were in a group of couples and we booked the two apartments and he can leave a connection between the two that was super useful, thus leaving a huge apartment, safe building and good location, we would definitely return!

Staying at Heinz's place was like “being at home.” In more than two months of stay, I appreciated the comfort of a large, comfortable house with a private garden!! Corroios is a quiet town but offers all the services. It may seem far from the center but, trust it is among the most connected in Margem Sul! You'll be spoiled for choice in which way to use! The Fertagus, a 10-minute walk (2 minutes by tram) takes you to Lisbon by passing the 25 de Abril Bridge. My favorite way was the tram (directly under the house, at all times, every 7-9 minutes - Casa do Povo station). When you arrive in Cacilhas (which I loved for the evocative sunsets at the Final Bridge) ferry to Cais do Sodré, and in less than 10 minutes you will be in the heart of Lisbon! Discovering the surroundings of Corroios (Almada, Costa da Caparica, Setubàl) has also allowed me to experience the least touristy part of Portugal, the one that made me fall in love with this country! Go to Heinz's place, you won't regret it.

This apartment is incredibly special. The history, the beautiful old details. If you want a one-of-a-kind experience in Lisbon, I highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect and the private outdoor space is divine. Comfortable rooms and spacious overall. Will stay again!

Beautifully furnished flat and very clean! Key transfer was well organised. Lots of parking nearby! And nearby are several supermarkets. Public transport to the centre of Lisbon is good to do. On my next visit to Lisbon I will definitely book this flat again.
