Absolutely lovey stay! Excellent service. Wonderful amenities. Calm. Quiet. Serene. Spacious. Family friendly. Many entertaining spaces. Will do again! Sauna not included in the stay. But the rest was outstanding!.

We walked to the location by foot. It was a bit hard to find because we were new to the area (and tired from the train ride… and the pouring rain didn’t help), but once we got our bearings we realized the photo of the front door provided by the hosts was actually the door right beside us. We entered the code given and opened the door to a lovely reception from Ian at the desk. He gave us all the details about the place…breakfast, snacks throughout the, other tidbits….and then showed us to the room. The room, accessed by a winding staircase was on the first level…huge big bathroom, very comfy bed and peaceful. Breakfasts were perfect and gave us a fresh start to the day. Staff were wonderful….kind and thoughtful. Neighbourhood was residential but so so close to the hustle and bustle of busier areas. Would highly recommend.

Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Our bedroom had a real spa and luxury feel to it and was filled with lots of lovely Rituals products in the bathroom. There was also free water in the room, Netflix on the TV, a big comfy bed, and in general it was super, super clean. The staff who greeted us were so lovely too, and even helped with our bags! I wish we could have stayed longer.

Bica's place comfortable and cozy we felt right at home! The location is superb with everything in walking distance. Claudia was my contact person and she was very responsive, helpful, and there was even a bottle of sparkling wine to welcome us! We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future.

The location is very walkable to the Praça do Comércio, Lisbon Cathedral and the Castle of San Jorge. The room has great storage for an extended stay and very comfortable accommodations. The included breakfast is fantastic! We definitely recommend!

The hotel is centrally located, from where you can get to the nearest bus stop, metro, bar or restaurant very quickly. We really appreciated the staff as they went out of their way and were very friendly. There was a good selection at breakfast. The room was extremely well maintained, spacious and in a quiet location. Thank you!

Sin duda una gran elección. Tanto la propietaria del hotel como el personal han sido super atentos y amables. Las habitaciones están muy bien, modernas y limpias. Se encuentra en una zona céntrica desde la que puedes visitar todo a pie. Hay parkings privados a unos 300-500 metros. Y además admiten mascotas. Sin duda alguna muy recomendable!!!

Our stay at the Quinta Velha was magical! Armie was the best host, and terrific cook. The house is very tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The surrounding yard and gardens are like a medieval fairytale. Although the weather was a bit on the cool side, the kids still loved using the pool - which has clear views right to the ocean! Definitely recommend this lovely villa and hope to visit again one day! Thank you Armie for your hospitality!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Green Chalet. They were wonderful to us and helpful. The breakfast was a great deal with lots of good options (I’m GF and was able to have plenty to eat) and the honesty bar and ice machine were great for providing options for on the go. Everyone we dealt with was lovely! Fast response times and great info provided. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Sintra for sure!

We had a great time, staff was super friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the comfy beds, the beautiful surroundings, the pool, the fruit trees. Food was excellent, place was very clean. Would definitely book again. Thank you!

Great overall spot to rest before/after exploring Sintra. Would appreciate a more detailed instructions to access the main entrance (push door to enter). Another couple was having a hard time getting in but we were able to open the door for them.

Beautiful and charming house with garden and ofcourse swimming pool with views. I stayed two nights and regretted not booking an extra night. Armie is very kind and welcoming - I will be back

Beautiful stay. Tiny, but comfortable, clean room and amenities. Updated and decorated to today’s taste. They let us keep our luggage past check out so we could continue enjoying Sintra before checking into Lisbon. Breakfast was well worth the 6€ each. Would recommend and would stay again!
