Björnbo - A lovely cottage

Relax in this unique and peaceful home with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

Cozy house from the early 1900s in Herräng. Only a few minutes to the sea and swimming on cliffs or beach. Medium standard and there is everything you need. To Herräng it is 6 km away and to Hallstavik where there are more shops, pharmacies, systembolag, etc., it is 16 km. The house is located in an area between nature reserve so there are incredible nature experiences for those who want. We have a barbecue area by the sea that you can use. If you want to fish, that's fine. Some indoor and outdoor games are available and a trampoline.

The house has four bedrooms, indoor and outdoor fireplace, state of the art kitchen, magnificent terrace and spacious sauna with a view. For guests there is free wood, ping pong table, outdoor grill and bicycles. 50 m away, sandy beach and fishing waters await. To the grocery store only 10 minutes, and 20 minutes from the tennis court, Grisslehamn sea bath with SPA and ferry to Åland.

To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

Welcome to "Roslagens famn" (Roslagen's embrace) as Evert Taube sings and a house near the sea with both sandy beach, cliff swimming and the smell of seaweed within a hundred meters. Perfect year-round vacation for couples and families alike, but also a paradise for birdwatchers and Albert Engström's fans. Here you wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sea, you put on your robe, go down to the rocks and take a lovely morning swim from the jetty. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Mitt i naturen med vackra vyer åt alla håll, njuter man av skärgården året om. Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en privat brygga och bjuder in till bad.

The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.
