Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen with close proximity to the sea, nature, sights and in combination of a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guesthouse is adapted for 2-6 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy the little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has an overall area of 100 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2.

Big older house on two floors just outside Vitaby. Four bedrooms. Large garden, nature plot and large patio and pergola with vines as a sunscreen. Also patio on the terrace with infra heating, outdoor furniture on both. Rich bird life. Older pond in the garden a stream flows through. Fast Internet that appears in a powerful mesh network throughout the house. Two TVs with large movie/channel selection. Richly equipped kitchen with much of most things! Owner lives secluded on premises and is easily reached by problem.

With 10 minutes car or train ride from Simrishamn is the village of Gärsnäs where this fantastic house of 120 sqm with large patio is rented out for 3 years. The residence is about 1 minute walk from the train station which is well connected to Simrishamn but also to Ystad and on to Copenhagen. In Gärsnäs there is a cafe, grocery store and gas station. It is possible to buy for departure cleaning and this you book before arrival, if you want to clean yourself, this should be done carefully before departure.

Single-story house in Simrislund on a quiet street. Fully furnished. 2 beds in double bed in bedroom. 2 single beds in the guest room. Dry cleaning outside and a drying rack is available indoors. There is a patio with three walls furnished with seating with table and a double bed 160 cm wide. Raised garden that is secluded,gas grill is available. distance 50m playground ,400msea, 500m railway station ,700m Willys and approx. 1km city center. It is not allowed to charge an electric car due to the safety risk.

Welcome to our pink house in Österlen! We would like to share nice houses in Ravlunda. We have recently bought it and are renovating it both for our family, our friends and for rent. There are 2 newly renovated bedrooms with beds for 4 people and a travel cot for smaller children. The living room has two comfortable sofas if two guests want to sleep there. The kitchen is fully useable and equipped for cooking. The garden is full of flowers and berry bushes and has several different patios.

Top renovated farmhouse, 260 square meters with 9 rooms. The house is built in 1912 and there is a large pool (5x10m), private courtyard, large garden with both green areas and trees, pergola and plenty of room for barbecue dinners. 3 large bedrooms with double beds and extra sofa beds. 5 km to the nearest beaches Löderup Strandbad and Sandhammaren. 2 bathrooms, 1 shower and 1 bathtub. Lots of parking spaces are available.

Here you will have access to a pleasant accommodation with 6 adult beds, 1 bed and 2 cribs next to Byvägen in scenic Sankt Olof during your stay in Österlen. If you need to charge the car, I have a charging box, let me know and we'll figure it out for a refund. Now I also have Boxers (Tele 2) basic selection on TV and Telenor's Wi-Fi. You bring your own bed linens, towels and then you clean yourself before checking out.

Welcome to a wonderful vacation home located by one of Sweden’s most beautiful beaches – Kyhls strand in Österlen. The surrounding is characterized by the beautiful, snow-white and miles long sand beach, drift hills and the beach forest. The sea bath is very shallow and therefore perfectly suited for families with children. The house is located at a 1 600 sqm lush yard with only 150 m to the beach.

Charming and spacious house with nice details to enjoy during the Österlen holidays. Here you have cozy days with a fireplace and a nice view. Located near Simrishamn with cycling distance to Brantevik and swimming from swimming ladder by cliffs. Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bikes and a men's bike. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.
