Dream home with sea view Extended and newly renovated is the old " chicken coop", with unbroken sea views towards Stenshuvud. To the harbor and beach you have 20m, here we are really talking about morning rock swim! This is the center of Österlen, you are close to all, that beautiful Österlen has to offer. In the chicken coop there is room for 2 adults. You have your own part to the garden, parking is available . In the henhouse everything is new and fresh with high standard. Linen for a week is included, but bath towels are included.

Situated just outside the beautiful village of Rörum and located less than 10 mins drive from the incredible Knäbäckshusens beach, there are endless possibilities to hike, bike, swim & play sport... or simply do nothing other than sleep and take a dip in our heated pool, followed by a wood fired sauna.

Completed in Jan 23, this sunny holiday home has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Large open living area, yoga studio, weights gym, sauna, fireplace, and 5 x mountain bikes (3 adult, 1 child, 1 for small child). There's a big wooden deck for eating/relaxing outdoors and a private garden with view over meadows and woods. Nature walks and mountain bike trails on your doorstep. Lake, beaches, and waterfall are all a short car or bicycle ride away.

En liten pärla! Bo i ett charmigt, nyrenoverat hus från 1800-talet på en lugn kullerstensgata i gamla stan i Simrishamn. Ett stenkast från stranden, hamnen och de charmiga butikerna på gågatan. Ett utmärkt boende alla årstider för att upptäcka Österlens stränder, öppna landskap, bokskogar, vandringsleder eller bara som en stilla retreat. En perfekt distansarbetsplats med wifi/fiber. Trevliga restauranger finns runt hörnet.

Fantastic environment in Österlen (Gyllebo/Gärsnäs)

Cottage of 72m2 on one level located in Gyllebo summer cottage area. Three bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing maschine. Fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace. Electricity/water included. It is also possible to borrow two bicycles. Walking distance to Gyllebosjön with bath and fishing (fishing license required) 15 km to Simrishamn and approx. 6 km to the sea and Lilla Vik's two golf courses.
