We had a great weekend as a family. The house is just like the pictures, with five comfortable en-suites and a bedroom downstairs that can be shared. The heated pool, next to the normal one, is exceptional for cold days and to be enjoyed at night, as well as the outdoor "fireplace." The staff, Sol and Dê, were great throughout the stay. It helped a lot to have set the menu in advance and to have requested that the purchases be made there.

Valmir is a great host, always cared for me quickly and with great sympathy. The house is great, very clean and spacious.

The house is what appears in the advertisement, very well furnished, with all the kitchenware that a person may need for a good stay, the pool area and barbecue is very good, a caveat for the size of the pool, it could be a little bigger, very quiet neighborhood, internet works very well, the conditioned air of the house worked perfectly, we found the house very clean, finally the host is super attentive, always responding to whatt sap and calls, was flexible at check out, super recommend the house, when possible I will return!!!

I liked the house, the condominium, easy access to both Peró beach and Forte beach in Cabo Frio. I felt security and privacy. Private parking spaces on the premises. Régison was available all the time. I recommend it and will return.

Mr. Kelven welcomed us, very attentive. A cost-effective location. Only the streets of the neighborhood are very bad, lots of holes and mud, they are not paved. The house is super cozy, we were only there for 1 day.

My weekend was perfect, extremely clean house, whirlpool working perfectly, fireplace, full kitchen, breathtaking view, clean bed and bath linens. I recommend it 100%, excellent cost-benefit, I'll be back for sure! Camila always very helpful, thank you very much.

My experience was awesome!! Erika and her mother Dona Vânia who is a co-host were super attentive and helpful at all times from before check in to checkout. They clarified their doubts, gave tour tips, if they were at the disposal for anything, besides the house being extremely charming and cozy. We love the stay. They are so cute that they have left us even a basket of pampering!

Casa is exactly like in the pictures, close to the beach and the beach is wonderful, only there are no street vendors and no kiosks, so whoever goes to the beach needs to take whatever they are going to use. From the house we can hear the noise of the sea that is wonderful, the house is a little cool, there are fans, but they are well spent, it would be good to change for some more potent or to be perfect to put an air conditioning in the bedrooms, bring repellent there are plenty of mosquitoes at night. Host of the house is extremely helpful and responds quickly. Another point that is not very important but it is good to leave the tip, if you like blankets it is better to take your own, because the house only offers sheets to cover itself, but since there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, we end up not missing a blanket. I and my family had very pleasant days in this house, we will definitely return and we have already recommended it for everyone.
