Everything was great. Benjamin is very friendly and responds very quickly, he is available for anything. It's worth it for the price you pay, the amenities of the place are very good, heated pool and the jacuzzi at a perfect temperature. The apartment has a tub in the bathroom. Overall it's a 10 for me and I would definitely come back. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable and pleasant place, it had everything you need for your stay, Pablo was attentive to questions at all times and helped us with them, he was flexible with the arrival/departure time. The subdivision is gated and has security personnel, the stay in general was pleasant, I would recommend it if your activities are towards the exit to Silao, outlets, aquarium or the fair.

Excellent service, Erika surpassed assisting us in every way! We stayed in the Villa and it’s super spacious, and really nice. At night there is such a beautiful view to the city. The town is only a 10 min drive and the staff can coordinate rides into town. (Only $5) honestly the town gets pretty loud with the musical festivities so Casa Estrellas location is ideal so you can relax when you’re not in town. Definitely recommend, and would return.

I loved the place. The loft has incredible details that made a big difference for us; for example, the towels, blankets and sheets of super quality that makes you feel at home. The details of the lighting, it has light in the hallway, in the bathroom, small lamps at the head of the bed, excellent for every need for a day of rest. Light connections everywhere, with a USB input for phones. The pool is delightful, with warm water and an excellent whirlpool. We left the car outside the loft and had no problems, even though the neighborhood is not very busy. I'm looking forward to returning!

Impeccable stay and exceptional host in León. My stay at Luis' apartment was excellent. From the first contact, he showed personalized, proactive and very clear attention. Check-in was autonomous, with precise and easy to follow instructions. The apartment is impeccable, well located and equipped with everything you need for a business visit, including stable WiFi, super functional appliances and access to the gym. Luis was always available, answering questions quickly and even facilitating the tax invoice. We appreciate your kindness, professionalism and helpful attitude. Definitely a trustworthy host who raises the bar on Airbnb. I'll stay with him again every time I visit León. Highly recommended.

The instructions were perfect to access the unit, photos were a big help too. It was exactly as the photos showed and a great space. Everything was there, additional blankets, a fan and even heaters! Leonel was extremely responsive for any questions and he provided water for our entire 1 month stay. He also provided cleaning once a week which I have never had in an Airbnb, it was fantastic. Overall it was a great stay, restaurants and shopping are only a 5-7 minute walk, the center square and beautiful park are all do close. Guanajuato was a fun experience and Leonel was a wonderful host, I would highly recommend.
