Soleado family apartment with charm of 2 bedrooms and large living room, in one of the best areas of the historic center of Seville: La Macarena and Alameda, with a great gastronomic offer and many tapas bars. Only 15-20 min. from the cathedral, in a quieter area. It is on the 2 floor with no elevator in a 1920 protected building. It is traditional Sevillian style: with original hydraulic mosaic restored on the ground, high ceilings of 3.5 METERS and two large balconies on the street.

Flat located in the city’s historical center, on the first floor in 20th century building with a little interior patio, decorated with beautiful “azulejos”. No lift, but few and comfortable staircases. Little but cozy one bedroom apartment, with a fully furnished kitchen-dining area, a living-room area with a sofa bed and one bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed. There is also a washing machine, air-conditioning/heating and WiFi.
