Beautiful apartment style lodging in the outskirts of charming Guijo De Santa Barbara. Paloma and her husband went out of there way to make us comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with all the basics and they brought bread for breakfast each day. Additionally, the use of reclaimed wood and repurposed family heirlooms and farming antiques add a very special touch to this place. A short walk will bring you into town, where you can catch the low trail to the trabuquete. Walking or driving up the hill through town will allow a view from above, a close-up look at the Plaza de Toros, and beyond that, you can hike to the refugio. I’m thrilled that Guijo has this wonderful new accommodation!

The place was spotless, very nice and not a single detail was missing. The location is perfect in a beautiful area of Béjar and close to everything. The host was very friendly. I would definitely repeat in this home.

We really liked the place. The house is great, very comfortable and clean. The mattresses, pillows, all perfect. Casasturga is very nice (the building is very integrated into the landscape) and also in an incomparable setting. Great passes, bathing pools, wonder. I think the things I enjoyed the most when we arrived at the house after hiking, was being able to hear the river from the same house. Wonderful. Great house setting, and if you're going with kids it's fantastic. Green area, pool, basketball court... Happy to have been able to spend our life there. We'll be back!

On our trip to Lisbon, Rocio's accommodation was our last stop. Rosa came to the apartment to hand over the keys and despite the language barrier we were able to check in without any problems (translated with Google from Spanish to English). Although we could only stay one night, bed linen and towels were provided - a very pleasant relief. The surroundings are very quiet, the view from the window to the mountains is beautiful. Shopping is possible in the immediate vicinity and parking was also unproblematic for us. The apartment was huge, the two bathrooms for us five people very convenient and the kitchen well equipped. The contact with Rosa was very warm before and after the stay - thank you so much!

I spent a few days with my family and it was wonderful. We were able to rest, the area is very central and close to shops but not disturbing. Ivan has been very kind and has been attentive to everything we needed during our stay, responding to the moment and making everything easier for us.

Staying in a house rehabilitated with so much taste and comfort, far from the city and the rush, offered us to be able to disconnect and enjoy as much as we had dreamed as a couple. Away from the village of Barco de Ávila enough to not be any obstacle approach shopping, eating or visiting the town and enjoying staying in the middle of the sierra in complete tranquility and intimacy.

We spent three days at Cuca's house, we had a great time, everything was clean, the house was warm when we arrived, Toñi was super friendly and they were there for whatever you need, the sofa bed was very comfortable, it's like a good bed, we'll stay here again if we come back for sure, thank you!!
