The Villa is really nice and well decorated and secure. There are the amenities you need to have a good time with the family. Close walking distance to the beach and small shops no need to take the car. Only small downside if you have light sleep you will hear from time to time roosters and dogs.

This was a proper 5-STAR experience, from start to finish and across the board! Bottomline: 200% satisfied and we will definitely book another stay... here is why: - We booked this villa for a month for our summer holiday in Morocco - I contacted Mr Mehdi before booking as I had few requirements for my little family. Mehdi spent all the time required to explain everything I need. His flexibility and desire to help exceeded my expectations ... so I decided to book J - Mehdi contacted me few times before my arrival in order to make sure that I had all the info needed (for my stay in his villa, but also other helpful tips for my trip in Morocco like car rental ...etc) - ARRIVING to the villa.... we discovered everything we need ... and more ! (even umbrellas, a bike, wifi extender....etc... literally everything we need as if we were at home) - The place is spacious, nicely decorated (modern with a genius Moroccan touch), very clean and ... guess what ... everything works (not even a single faulty lightbulb J ) - The place comes with help/cook which was one of the highlights of the stay: very nice and helpful lady that cooked amazing food and made sure our stay is perfect! - Mr Mehdi was always available during our stay in case we needed something ... and the check-out was as smooth as it can get I can’t recommend this place enough ... great villa, and an outstanding host

We had a lovely week in Hassan and Malika's lovely villa. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house, the comfort of the different rooms: living rooms, bedrooms, very well-equipped kitchen and the magnificent terrace. We felt at home. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and secure. Hassan and Malika are attentive and very responsive. In short, it was a pleasure to stay here this week and will definitely rent again. Houda

We paced really an excellent journey in Said's beautiful villa, very calm, clean and peacful! I recommand for everyone to disconnect in nature well adapted for families or friends. Abdellah, the local guardian was very nice and helpful, always available everytime you need him. We will for sure do it again.

This is the friendliest host I ever had, one evening he even brought food for me and my SIX friends, that we don’t have to cook the first day. He answered quickly, was always friendly and helped us with every problem, even at 11 p.m. 110% recommend !

My family really enjoyed staying at Sanaa's place. The house is spotless and as described and photographed. We particularly liked the quietness of the villa, the comfort of the rooms and the private pool out of sight. Highly recommend 😊

Exceptional location in Dar Bouazza. An island of apartments nestled in a remarkably maintained and secure building. A haven of greenery by the sea with breathtaking ocean views at the exit of the residence. An extremely peaceful environment, accessible pools for young and old. An apartment with a neat taste with the privilege of having a terrace. Extremely welcoming hosts. A real little paradise for a pleasant stay.

The site tells me to note this listing when we couldn't get there. The host told me that the apartment was taken on the date of our reservation. I asked him to cancel but he didn't do it right away. So he asked me to do it on the day of our official arrival... I invited him to do it and it worked. Anyway. I don't know the place. We weren't there.
