A Riyadh with a singular charm that seduced us! Perfect for our stay with friends! The terrace especially won us over! The bedding is good and the bathrooms are spacious. The street is a little dark and noisy but a short walk to the medina, which is very convenient. Philippe was accommodating and responsive by message, thank you to him and Amina for his kindness! Perfect location. The apartment is big and clean, it is developed on three floors plus one extra to access the terrace. Kitchen well equipped. One room has no windows but the upper one has it. The terrace has no direct view on the ocean but nice view of the old city roofs including the iconic old mosquee. The free parking is not free; we were aggressed by people forcing us to pay for the parking. Of course this is not responsibility of our host. However it is good to deal with these abusive persons. A good stay bothered by un unfortunate event.

Good stay overall we were very well hosted by Karima, the setting is very pleasant. some details are however to be reviewed: the missing light in the bathroom and the fact that the accommodation is not equipped with a kitchen which is a shame when traveling with the family. we still thank the other person who gave us access to an outdoor kitchen when we requested it. We also thank Karima who gave us access to the pool and playground which allowed us to enjoy as a family. I would this property.

Gharib's place is impeccable. The house is spacious and airy and has all the necessary equipment. We enjoyed the peaceful setting, the large private and secure pool and the trampoline that made the children happy. The contact with Gharib and his wife was at its best. The staff on site is kind, friendly and very responsive. We'll be there again. I recommend for a quiet stay in an authentic style.

We had a lovely stay at the villa, the host was attentive and helpful with all our queries. Local area was charming with a beach and history to discover. Easy access to Casablanca for more exploration. Thank you !!

haven of peace . a minute from the ocean. beautiful comfortable spacious villa with comfortable bedding. amazing views of the beach. quiet residence. nice pool. just think: to add a little more to the dishes (teaspoon, coffee cup, does everything...) and avoid aluminum dishes ( for the nightly price I expected higher quality dishes. -changing the pillows because very dirty (clean cases but pillows are bcp less) very nice place overall I would recommend.

We only stayed one night and the apartment is as it shows in the photos. Very quiet corner. Just below the building there is a mini market and 50 m away is a bakery. Yahya was very kind and attentive. A little thought of his beautiful gesture, he allowed us to leave the premises at the time we wanted. Thanks and see you next.

size of the apartment, secure basement parking, location and easy access are the assets of this accommodation. However, the price seems a little expensive.

We enjoyed staying in the large villa for our holiday. The host was responsive. Check-In and check-out were very well communicated. Its close to teh beautiful and large beach. the street between villa and house does not see to many traffic. Also we discovered a hiking spot in the woods near the golf-course. Theres good fish to be had in town and lovely patisseries. We did a road trip to Oualadidia, which is higly recomendable. There was free parking for the rental car. We had issues with teh heater, which were promptly taken care of.
