Nestled in the heart of BC's renown Shuswap Lake Recreational area, our vacation rental units are housed in a small family-oriented complex featuring three docks, garden/sitting area, and a spectacular lakeside view. Minimum 7 night stay for July and August and 3 night minimum otherwise.

Master bedroom has 1 king size bed with ensuite, large walk in closet and TV with cable. 2nd bedroom has queen/single bed and double air bed if needed. Patio has propane bbq and table for 4. Located in the heart of downtown Salmon Arm with mountain and urban views to the south west. Watch the sunset from the covered patio where you can also enjoy the afternoon sun. This bright and cheery condo is across the street from McQuire Lake, a favourite spot for evening walks or to enjoy morning coffee. Within two blocks are local eateries, yoga studios and the famous tap house and pie company. Grocery store, Shuswap Lake wharf and the bird sanctuary are also within walking distance.

Curl up w/ the super soft throw for Netflix/Prime/Crave movie night. Beside many shops, pub, grocery & liquor stores for evening BBQs or pub for a fun night out. 2 blocks from beach & boat launch. Bring or rent water toys from local shops. A short drive to golf courses, hiking, & attractions. It's stocked with all the basics needed.
