Villa vacation rentals in Si Phum

Great experience, we had a wonderful holiday here.This villa is located in a villa community directly opposite Nimman 1. Although it is in the downtown area, it is very quiet. Because it is next to Nimman 1, it is very convenient for shopping, eating, and leisure. The experience exceeded my expectations.Although the house feels a bit old, it is very well maintained and has a family atmosphere.In addition, the Chinese housekeeper LEO is super considerate and warm, answered our questions, recommended night markets, and also cared about our itinerary when the rainstorm came.Thank you so much for him!Thank you, Host!

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

beautiful home with a pool and plenty of room to play.. theres even a kids' room with a play pit. the house is well designed and renovated with style and taste.

We had a lovely time in this area of Chiang Mai! Easily accessible by Grab, in the center but not too much and with a nice street life. A nice place not far away for delicious breakfasts. the accommodation was well organized clean, and upon arrival, water and small snacks were offered to us! Really, I recommend it!

We enjoyed our time at Pop and Ians very much. Our daughter loved the Environment.

It is made of teak wood, so there are no bugs and all conditions are good.

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

Nice location and great host. They provide everything we needs and they are very flexible. We were on our family vacation and this place felt like home.

We had a really great time in a group ! Really good amenities and the pool was really great! The amenities in the kitchen were outstanding. From pool evening to movie night, everything goes! I can only recommend everyone to have a great time here!

Such a beautiful and peaceful place. Naphat and her team went above and beyond- finding me massages, providing babysitting services, cooking tasty meals even getting me medicine when I got sick (respiratory bug caught on plane) . Highly recommend

The actual check in felt so much more beautiful than the photos! The pool is very clean and spacious and has a massage feature❤️ The living room, kitchen are very clean and bright, well lighted, fully equipped, and the high design makes it very comfortable. Every room is thoughtfully designed and equipped with a bathroom, and the hot water is stable and there is a lot of water! Will definitely stay again if I come back to Chiang Mai🥹🥹🥹 Super great stay!

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

Beautiful home and wonderful service. It was well-equipped and comfortable for us. We liked how close it is to the markets and even a hotel rooftop bar across the street.

the house was perfect for a overnight stay or a weekend. it was very private and quiet. we loved the pool and the outside space. the rest of the house was furnished well and was very nice and relaxing. the only thing was it wasn't the cleanest, but still a very nice place.

Haha.Let's talk about this house, our group is very satisfied, the large lawn allows the children to run wildly, the clear swimming pool is maintained daily by the staff, so I am very comfortable letting the children play, and all the snacks, drinks, and red wine in the kitchen and living room are free to taste, it's really shocking!Washing machine, microwave, stove, kitchenware, tableware (including chopsticks), everything is available.Full of details that are touching.The kids broke the curtains, and the staff didn't blame us after they fixed it.We'll be back to play again, looking forward to seeing Jay again.❤️

A beautiful airy house with a pool and large garden. We were allowed to stay here for a month and felt like at home. Peter and Jao were very nice and helpful. It was very private and tranquil. Live music can be heard between 9 pm and midnight, depending on the direction of the wind more times less. A car is mandatory and many beautiful places such as Hang Dong Market or Kad Farrang can be reached in 10 or 15 minutes. The house does not have a washing machine, i.e. washing and eating/shopping can be combined well. We did not need AC, except for a few hours a day in the "study" as it is pleasantly warm in Chiang Mai and the house has ceiling fans and nicely air-conditioned with open windows. It was really great for us 🙂

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I decided to stay in a quieter area of Chiang Mai—best decision ever! The villa was super spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The private pool was amazing, and we had a great time grilling in the BBQ area. The whole place just felt really relaxing, and the host was super helpful. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

Amazing place a little outside of Chiang Mai town. After arrival you will be amazed by the hotel like entrance, restaurant on side and pool area with scenic mountains on the back. But there are only 3 bungalows so everything is very private. Host is very friendly and has great recommendations what to do and where to go. There is a fridge with craft beer next to the pool which you can take anytime and just tell the host what you got and pay once you check out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as we stayed on a Monday but got very good reviews on google so I’m quite sure it will be good and a pity we couldn’t try. The design of the garden blends very well with the nature and the space is actually huge. There is even a pond at the back of the property with quite a nice amount of rare birds to be seen..... recommend if your are a birder. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’ll be back for sure
