The location is so good. The nearby market is cheap and of excellent quality. It is close to a large supermarket called Lotus, and it is close to the hospital motorbike rental. The staff is friendly and greets well. I lived for a month, and you can pay as much as you use the electricity and water. There was also a blanket, so I was able to spend the winter Chiang Mai well. It was so nice. It was a wooden building, so the soundproofing was a bit unfortunate. I still recommend it. The location is so good.

Centrally located, part of a boutique hotel in a good neighborhood for accessing the old quarter. Very easy check in and out process and despite being multi-unit, was still private. I would visit this AirBNB again.

Great value place. Location is amazing. Very close to Chiang Mai gate and night markets. You can easily get to other locations by scooter or grab. There is scooter rental around the corner. Rooms are decent, I stayed for 1 month and it was adequate if you’re looking for something reasonably priced without facilities like pool or gym.

It's a place you can call home. Taeng (we did not meet Süleyman) is incredibly friendly, kind hearted and welcoming. She's there whenever you need something and otherwise your privacy will be respected. The house itself has everything you need and everything is designed and arranged in an incredibly thoughtful and intelligent way. We felt at home instantly. Amenities like the water filter for drinking water from the tap and the washing machine were incredibly handy. Every window has mosquito nets so you can have plenty of fresh air without having to worry about insects. The views from the house are incredible, even better that on the images. You can really connect with nature. Although it was after the harvest season and the fields did not have any plants, it was still a breathtaking view to have right in front of your porch. The area itself is very rural and quiet with lots of cute little restaurants and local markets. We would be more than happy to come back one day.

Good online contact in advance, the landlord picked up from the airport, very smooth and convenient, the room is very clean and tidy, the landlord gave 2 bottles of water per day, very considerate.I borrowed a bicycle from the landlord, rented a model car 2 days later, the landlord gave me a place to store the car and the key, the landlord is very friendly, but these feelings disappeared on the last day, I felt that the landlady's smiling face disappeared, and when the time was running out, she urged me to leave. I was packing my suitcase, and the landlady was going to help me carry my suitcase outside to pack. It was hot outside, like a fireplace, and after I said that the time had not yet arrived, she did not insist on letting me out.I just packed up safely and moved out of here, and it's not even 12 o'clock yet.

We loved the place - the rooms very pleasant clean, the beds are big and comfortable. All was neat, in place and arranged the deco wooden and white very beautiful ❤️ The kitchen equipped plus washing machine. The neighbours are cute they have a little veggie fruit shop and very good restaurants just 3 min walk away. The hosts super friendly, helpful and responsive Thank you 🙏🏼😊

Highly recommend - Great location: It is on a quiet side street about 15 minute easy walk into the center area of Old Town and about a 20 minute walk to Warorot Market area. Next door is a local convenient store where you can get water and snacks. Cute coffee shop, Ma-Chill Coffee, 3 minute walk around the corner. Great view: the rooms are bright and airy with beautiful views of the mountain. Clean with amenities: The room, linens and bathroom were very clean with water kettle, refrigerator, shampoo, soap, etc. I will stay again when in Chiang Mai. Overall a lovely place.

We loved it! Extremely friendly staff, large house with air conditioning, good beds, hot shower in all rooms, plenty of space... thoughtful staff, rice cooker and ready stovetop. Perfect pool at sunset and absolutely beautiful place among mango trees, rice fields, frangipani … quiet and only 20 min from Chiang Mai. Thank you! 从清迈到湄林公路旅行偶然入住的民宿，实际比照片要好看许多。整个建筑依山而建，毗邻一条小溪。装修现代化，占地面积大，私密性好。有漂亮的泳池（可惜没时间游啦），电视可以看网飞，油管。洗手间干净，淋浴设施好。房间临近小溪，能听到潺潺的水深很惬意～总得来说这里适合喜欢宁静的山林，但又想要有舒适的住宿体验的旅行者。 During a road trip from Chiang Mai to Mae Rim, I stumbled upon a charming homestay. This homestay is much more beautiful than the photos show. The entire structure is built into the mountainside, adjacent to a small stream. The decor is modern, the property is spacious, and it offers great privacy. There's a beautiful swimming pool (though I didn't have time to take a dip), and the TV provides access to Netflix and YouTube. The bathroom is clean, and the shower facilities are excellent. The room is close to the stream, and the soothing sound of flowing water creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this place is perfect for travelers who enjoy the tranquility of mountain forests but also desire a comfortable accommodation experience.

Tan's place in Mae Rim is so peaceful and up the mountains. The place is exactly as it was described and shown on the pictures. Tan was extremely friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions of places to visit. His home is on beautiful grounds and close to several tourist attractions. There are some amzing cafes within walking distance as well as the waterfall park, which is less than ten minute walk from the house. I would definitely recommend staying here and I can't wait until I come up again. Nice weekend escape from Bangkok.

The accommodation offered by Thapanee is the best I have occupied so far, which is why I have already expressed myself with stars. The value for money, the location 15 km from the center of ChiangMai, the calm and tranquility in a semi-rural environment but with convenience stores and an outdoor food market 500 m away, so quickly accessible on foot or by bicycle for free, offered by the host, with motorcycles that I did not use. There were some untimely dog barking during the day and night, very common in this part of the world, but also a few planes coming or going to ChiangMai International Airport as secondary negative points. The villa was in the middle of nature surrounded by trees where you could hear birds of all kinds during the day and night, especially in the morning. It is especially important to note the help and response to all requests and inquiries by the co-host Wittawat, Thapanee's cousin, a very nice guy.

I and my wife( and also my cat) past so wonderfull time while we stayed in here. You will stay quite comfortable if you like calmness, nature, peaceful neighbors and slowly flowing time. We also enjoyed BBQ in the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, so no one will have trouble finding something to cook. The bath can be fully filled with hot water. With a bike, we can go soon anywhere(Lotus, Home pro, Rinping and so on). The location is midway between Doi Saket and Chiang Mai city, so there are many activities for us to experience. So we highly recommended here. Thank you.

We are very thankful for the great airbnb and the host. They were really kind and helpful. The Center of Chiang Mai is small so from the airbnb it is very easy to get there. I would definitely recommend the airbnb! 😃

It's really amazing, brand new villa, the host is super beautiful, the service is also very thoughtful, I really like this huge swimming pool, there is also a huge stereo, highly recommended, very comfortable stay!Their pictures are not very good, the villa is actually so beautiful, the one I took is what it looks like🥰

Grandma's house is actually her own home. If you are looking for hotel-level service and facilities, I don't recommend it, but if you want to experience cost-effective and closer to the local culture and life, this is a good choice for you. The price of 50rmb per person per night is very cheap. Drinks are available in the fridge, and coffee and butter toast are available in the kitchen, all free of charge.Both grandmothers and their three puppies are very friendly and will make you feel at home.The view of the yard is beautiful, combining wood and green landscape well, as if you are in a small wooden house in the woods. Things to note: 1. Remember to prepare toothbrushes, toothpaste, and towels in advance. The homestay only provides bath towels, shampoo, and shower gel. 2. There are a lot of green plants around the lobby, and there is a small pond with fish, so there will be mosquitoes. If you want to sit and rest in the lobby, ask Grandma for mosquito repellent spray in advance.

the host lady is amazingly kind my flight has been cancelled, so i explain my situation to her the next day she willing to give me another room without charging when i arrived, this facility is very clean, everything was organised. host ready willing to help me for anything i've never had such a hospitality like this before. very good location highly recommended

Rice Barn and Rooms is indeed a home away from home for my family and i. We had an amazing experience from the moment we were picked up from the airport to the day we departed. Al and Nok are more than superhosts who made us feel at home, and shared truly wonderful recommendations that allowed us to experience true Chiang Mai gems. Rice Barnes and Rooms is clearly build and managed with loads of love and creativity inspiring and inducing serenity, peace, and we have clearly left a piece of our hearts back there.

Excellent stay- for sure this will be our go-to place when in Chiang Mai. Our room was spacious, clean and had plenty of wardrobe space to organize and put away our things. I work online (involving video calls) and the internet was always fast and never went away. The shower water temperature is stable and gets very hot! The bed was super comfortable with nice soft, clean linens. There aren't too many rooms so it's never too crowded- definitely not a party/hostel vibe, but still friendly. At night there is a restaurant on site! Also there's a common kitchen you can use, as well as a full size fridge. Laundry services are available on site. Staying here just feels like staying in someone's home- you feel cared for and just at peace. The hosts are always there for you and there are a few resident cats too! The surrounding area is super walkable with plenty of great restaurants and shops. Maya center is an easy 20 minute walk away, or a cheap Grab taxi ride.

Excellent location- ideal for Nimman and old town, but suuuper quiet building and street. Amy was extremely helpful with advice on transport to her place, as well as finding events and activities that she thought would interest me. Super friendly and welcoming, and her two staff are both excellent.
