It's also 10-minutes' walk to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant/pool bar, Mollymook Shopping Centre with Bannisters Pavilion restaurant/rooftop bar, Gwylo Restaurant, Mint Pizza and BWS.

The property backs onto a nature reserve which is home to lots of birds, kangaroos, and the occasional echidna enjoy the great fire pit.
