Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Shinagawa City

This is the second time we stayed at Eren’s place. It is wonderful, so convenient and pleasant. Eren is the most gracious host you can imagine, and I just hope we get a chance to stay at her house again sometime!

this location was a great place for our group. we liked the proximity to the train station and the variety of rooms in the house. Yi communicated with us throughout the stay and also provided a few pages in the guest room for us to consult for general questions. We had everything we needed for a restful stay

Akira’s stay was amazing. It was clean, spacious for our group of 6, and next to multiple train stations that kept us well connected to the city. We would definitely stay here again when we eventually come back to Japan. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay!

there are not enough words to describe how perfect this stay was. not only was the house itself spotless and spacious enough for our huge party of 6, but our host was extremely accommodating and communicative. she answered all of our questions in a timely and helpful manner and provided us with everything a guest would need on our stay. the house was very close in proximity to most of our activities and even to HND airport, which was so convenient! our host even offered to let us stay a couple more extra hours on our last day which really helped us get a little more well needed rest and packing time in before we had to hit the road. thank you again for being so friendly & welcoming. we had a blast and if we are ever back in Tokyo, will definitely be staying with you again!

Very nice host that was quick to respond to any questions. The place is very nice and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Great place to go back to after a day out in the city. 10 min walk to the JR rail station. I would definitely recommend staying there.

非常好的一次民宿体验，房东非常热情主动，为我们规划机场到民宿的最佳路线。在此还要特别感谢房东，因为我们预定去机场的包车司机睡过头了，联系不上让我们手足无措，凌晨四点也打不到车，无奈和房东联系，他立马来帮助我们，非常感谢。

We had a wonderful one week stay at Tsubasa’s lovely home. The neighborhood had all the conveniences, the apartment had everything we needed and the apartment is cute and clean. It’s in a quiet residential area with lots of grocery stores and food options nearby, and we liked having the kitchen and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. It was fun to not be in a touristy area but to see how locals live. The home is comfortable and the shower is great. It was a little chilly at first in the main living area but when we mentioned it (thought we might be doing the heat wrong) Tsubasa ordered us a space heater and it arrived that day. Temperature was perfect after that. This was a wonderful home base to explore around Tokyo. Thank you Tsubasa!

一切都非常的完美，房东也非常热情，房间打扫的一尘不染非常干净。地理位置也非常好，离银座线只有4分钟步行，离机场也很方便。给我们的旅程带来非常多的便利。床也很舒适，很容易就进入深度睡眠。5星推荐，下次还会再来的！

清潔でかつリッチな気分を味わえる施設でした。 チェックイン時間も考慮頂き、少ない滞在日数でしたが、存分に楽しむことができました。 また、丁寧かつ素早い対応をしていただけたので、 その点でも安心して滞在出来ました。 家族4人での利用で、 キャパよりも少ない人数での利用だったのですが、 6名での利用であれば、かなりコスパは良いかと思います。 海に入れるハイシーズンだと 予約は難しいかもしれないですが、 海やプールに入れる時期に また利用したいですね。

Only stayed for a night, but it was a great location with large yard and firepit and pool! Super friendly host and very responsive.

季節的にも過ごしやすく、とても良い時期でした。 サウナが好きな方には特におすすめで、都心からのアクセスも良く、ゆっくりくつろげる施設でした。

This was a lovely place to stay, with multiple stations in walking distance and a nice quiet neighbourhood. But most of all our host was responsive, attentive and kind and helped us numerous times with our various needs as a large group. Thank you!

We are very happy that we stayed at Nanami’s place for a little less than a month to explore Tokyo. Multiple train stations and bus stops to everywhere you would want to go in Tokyo. Nice walk to the stations with restaurants and supermarkets along the way. Multiple parks and playgrounds in the surrounding area kept my children entertained. I really liked the peaceful neighbourhood and a local Showa feel, which added the interest to our trip this time. Nanami’s house is very clean with everything you need to keep it comfortable to stay. She was very quick to respond and gave spot on suggestions and advice. Thank you very much Nanami for your hospitality and making our stay such a wonderful one!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Deko’s place. It was easy to find, check in process was easy, and she responded to any questions we had very promptly. We appreciated access to little things we may need that were in the hallway, like water, cleaning supplies, snacks, etc. We would stay here again! Thank you for having us!

Beautiful townhome close to a lot of things to do in Taito!

Sehr tolle Unterkunft. Zum Bahnhof ist es ein kleiner Spaziergang, jedoch durch eine schöne ruhige Gegend. Gerne wieder :) Toller Service und schnelle reaktionszeit auf fragen. Super

A great place for family. Ample of spaces and beds. well equipped too. jad a very comfortable stay here while in Tokyo. The host was also very responsive and had everything arranged. Was with a car and there is a reasonable price paid parking just close by. Will stay here again when visiting Tokyo next time

I stayed at Shigeru’s for a month and couldn’t be happier. He was extremely kind and welcoming and the place was exactly like the pictures. I especially love the kitchen. There are many shops very close by and the apartment has a charm to it. I highly suggest staying at Shigeru’s!!!!
