Enjoyed the stay. Though people who have necessity of good dine, then this is not the place. However, you always have an option to get the food ordered from the nearby restaurant. But if you are ok with normal daal, chawal and mix veg, then this the perfect place. They also serve omlette. Whereas the stay was an exemplary getaway from regular chaos of the city. Peaceful to be very honest. WIFI works good and it served quite well for my calls. My daughter enjoyed there with her regular mathematics and other studies. You will love this place.

The location in really good . The homestay has a forest right next to it. Pine trees and the wind whistling and the rain drops. It was so good that I fell asleep Immediately. In the morning I woke up to the birds chirping and singing and then I was served tea at the terrace, which I enjoyed with a view of the city and the hills and the forest. I stayed there for one night on the way to Cherrapunjee. The rooms are spacious and are fully equipped with the facilities one might need. kitchen was also there in my room but i didn't feel like cooking. I asked the caretaker to cook for me and the food was delicious. The service was quick. The Host was extremely polite and well mannered. We interacted for a while in the morning and he shared the details about the known and lesser known sightseeing places. He helped me with the cab arrangement which was cheaper than the one I hired by myself. Wi fi speed is good. I would recommend it for all.

Martina is no ordinary women..a woman with tons of experience from 5star hotels and airline. very friendly helpful host with homely touch.. she also invited us for khasi dinner. her mother and sister also help her and are very much helpful. if you have your own transportation this is the best value for money in Shillong. Martina thanks so much.

Dama's place is perfectly located in a startegic place to beat the traffic for some scenic sites in Meghalaya. Even though it is in the outskirts of the city this place has serenity which speaks a lot through the sorrouding hillocks, the cultivated lands around brings the moisture in the air right upto the doorstep which we call the dew and to compliment is the hosts warmth that comes with long corporate and adminsitrative experiince. Wishing that she increases the room numbers soon. God bless
