Independent and spacious accommodation with unobstructed views for rent from April 1, 2024. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we bought this old farmhouse located in a green setting: pasture, pond, stream... We have fully renovated the main house and converted the barn. The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km).

Welcome to Le Clos Des Coteaux. This charming house of 130m2 is located in a charming little village in the heart of the Champagne vineyards. It has 2 bedrooms with beds for 2 people. The house will be only for you, only 1 room will be made available for a reservation up to 2 people, the 2 rooms will be available for 3 or 4 people. You have free and permanent access to the hammam, sauna and SPA area, accessible directly from the house.

Gîte de Charme Au Grenier Cosy

Our gite is designed for 4 people: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190 and a comfortable 140x190 sofa bed in the living room. The accommodation is arranged on the floor of an old barn. The home with equipped kitchen will seduce you with its warm and cozy atmosphere. The calm and tranquility of the place invite you to enjoy the garden to relax by sunbathing after restoring alfresco on the terrace. Carpark parking and free wifi.

A former barn completely renovated in an industrial style: the charm of brick, wood and stone makes this accommodation a nice cozy nest of 110 m² that can accommodate 4 people maximum. The outdoor wellness area with a Nordic bath promises you absolute relaxation!!
