Satenik was the definition of a superhost. She was incredibly friendly, always willing to help, and attentive to any request. Her place is beyond amazing—it looks even better in person than in the pictures. It’s the perfect getaway from city noise, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The 360-degree view of the surrounding mountains and trees is breathtaking, and there are great hiking opportunities to enjoy the fresh air. Satenik also treated us to delicious homemade dishes, which made our stay even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this place!

Lovely apartment, lovely house, we have lived for several months and are very happy to come home after walks! We didn't have any problems at all. Believe me, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and remote work. Liana takes care of guests and the apartment. If we come to Yerevan, we would like to stay in these devices💜

Everything went perfectly smooth, from the check in to checking out. The apartment in beautiful, clean and spacious. Kitchen contains everything what you need. Linen is very clean and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever experienced. Be advised that the apartment is located on the fourth floor without elevator but it doesn’t feel hard. And also noise from the avenue may be disturbing sometimes, but those from big cities may feel at home:) Overall, very convenient location, near all the major points of interest, supermarket 5min walk down the street. Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed at Rita’s for around 45 days. Felt right at home. Amenities are complete. Heating is centralized so it’s comfortable. It’s also right at the center so almost everything is walking distance. The apartment itself is well interiored, spacious, and just generally like “home”. Rita is a great host, always helpful and available. Would love to come back!
