Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Setagaya City

The location of the place is just perfect. Very quiet, yet close to the train station and central. The place was clean, comfortable with 2 beds. Living area. TV. Wi-Fi. Washing machine. Communication was smooth and very professional. Friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay! Nobu was an incredibly gracious and accommodating host — always quick to respond and willing to help with anything. When we weren’t sure where my girlfriend’s brother was after arriving in town, Nobu kindly called the hotel to help us find him. He even left us a thoughtful gift at the end of our stay and reimbursed us some yen due to a previous guest’s accident, which showed great care and honesty. The apartment was spotless, neatly organized, and comforting — peaceful and quiet, away from the busy crowds. It had everything we needed: a full kitchen, utensils, washer/dryer, and super easy check-in. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the train station. Getting to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and other areas in Tokyo was quick and easy. There were lots of places to eat nearby, and a 7-Eleven just down the alley. Highly recommend this stay over a hotel!

Had a great stay with all amenities provided for. Instructions for the appliances were clearly laid out on info cards, and there were english labels provided on the appliances too. The dryer in the bathroom was especially useful for us. Just a short walk from Nakano Station, very accessible to popular areas. Enjoyed exploring Nakano - there were lots of good food around, was near kombinis, a cosmetic/drug store, and a supermarket. As there's a hospital nearby, there might be ambulances passing by. Could request for ear plugs or bring your own if you're a light sleeper. Would highly recommend this listing and definitely book this for future trips.

Had an excellent week long stay here. Mitsuru-San, the host, communicated very well and made sure I had everything I needed. The area itself is quiet, close to the station, and near some nice restaurants. Recommend for those looking for a convenient and comfortable stay

Ted's place was awesome! It is right outside of all the major train tourist spots so it was easy to get back every night! We had so much room for 3 of us, we always lived to come back there every night, felt very hike feeling. Great location, great host and great experience. 5 stars!!!!

Fully self check-in, very convenient, quiet neighborhood

Nobu's place is in a beautiful location in Shibuya, a short walk to excellent cafes, wine bars and a small supermarket. Also an easy walk to heart of Shibuya and transport links to other areas of Tokyo. The apartment is spotless, really comfortable with natural light and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Kan's House is located in an extremely quiet area (maybe too quiet for some). The place is warm, very intimate, far from the stereotyped furnishings we are used to on Airbnb. Kan's tiny house is cleverly appointed, welcoming two people in very good conditions. However, be careful with older visitors, the stairs are quite steep and access to the bathtub is quite difficult. Kan was very attentive to our well-being. Our four nights in her house were very peaceful and we obviously recommend her place. Thanks for everything!

Chie's place was beautiful and relaxing. I enjoyed my time there immensely and loved taking peaceful walks along the river. Chie and her husband are kind, patient, and very friendly. I felt well taken care of in her home and would love to stay again if ever I have the chance.

Yasu was the most thoughtful host! He kindly came to pick us up from the station and was so helpful with recommendations and information. There are adult bikes available to use. When we asked Yasu, where we could rent a bike for our 6 year old, he bought one for him! Our son was over the moon and loved cycling around. We explored many parks, and we didn’t cover all of them. I can highly recommend the Traffic Park, for kids. They have bikes and go-carts for the kids(for free). The house is really lovely, spacious and comfortable. Our son, had the room downstairs. He loved the mini foosball table, and having a huge room all to himself. There were welcome snacks and the fridge was packed with food and fruit! The location was also terrific for getting around. We loved it here, and would definitely come back again!

It was such a beautiful home, honestly we had a very different view of it just because we live in the US our perspective of the home was different but once we arrived seeing the architecture and the way the house is built was so wonderful and smart. Everyone loved the house! We felt so comfortable especially the terrace was so peaceful. We loved being able to have two bathrooms as well as having a washer/dryer in one! We were actually so surprised and having little kids with us it was a necessity. We loved how close it was to Uniqlo and other restaurants and stores ESPECIALLY the train station it was such a lifesaver when it came to taking all our luggage’s to head to the airport. Overall we fell in love with Mari’s place and decided to stay at her place when we visit next time! Mari and her team were so responsive and helpful sending guides to places to visit. Thank you so much!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. My family and I were very impressed with Masato’s place! It was huge, clean and very near to the train station! Bed and pillows were very comfortable which had alot of praises from my family as well! Train station was merely a 5 mins walk away with a local super-mart along the way. Masato-san had been very responsive when we have questions and always provide us with the best recommendations. Thank you for making us feel like home during the period!

great place for a group . nice quiet neighborhood.. setagaya is a nice upscale area . very near Sagenjaya which has nice place to eat and drink

This is a wonderful house in a wonderful neighborhood and staying here gave us the feeling that we were immersed in local life. There are lovely cafes and shops nearby the closest train station to the house and we enjoyed our morning and evening walks to and from the train. We quickly found our local coffee shop and stopped there every morning. There is also a lovely park within minutes of the house, where we took our 1.5 year old son to play. The house itself is modern and spacious, with plenty of rooms for a large group. It includes family friendly amenities, including a high chair, crib, bath toys and stool, though keep in mind that there are a number of stairs in the house, and a baby gate was not included. The host was communicative and helpful as we got to know the house. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone coming to Tokyo.

The house was absolutely spotless! It was easy 10-12mins walking distance from Ikebukuro station. 7/11 and shopping malls nearby. Though the house was tiny, I suppose that's the tokyo standard, but cleverly decorated & organized. easily felt at home.

Easy check in, Nice quiet place with large common area. They asked us to clean and put back all dishes along with taking our own garbage down to sorting room to dispose of it ourselves. This wasn't an issue but seemed unusual as it was the only airbnb out of the 7 we stayed with in Japan that had such rules and we were still paying a cleaning fee.

The place was really clean and provided the space we needed for 3 people. The host was accommodating and they were kind enough to wait for us to arrive in order to show us the room. 7/11 and a grocery store was down the street. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic place and so close to the train station which we could use the Tokyo Metro Pass with! Lockers are available for luggage storage should guests arrive before check in time!

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great stay and my friends and i talked about how there was plenty to do in nakano and we were close to the station which allowed us to get to other major cities within minutes. We did have difficulty finding the place at first but the host was very helpful and guided us to the right location despite us getting lost fairly late at night after we landed in Japan. The walk to the station is not long but also not super either which may be bothersome after a long day of walking around tokyo, but by no means was the walk a bad thing. The space is fun and welcoming with access to multiple convenience stores, shops, and restaurants all within minutes of walking.

Hitomi took amazing care of me and my daughter while we were her guests! She sent us a detailed list of recommendations for the neighborhood including kid-friendly highlights. When my daughter needed to go to the doctor, she sent a list of clinics. She also helped me ship some luggage to make my train trip easier. She was an incredible host, always going above and beyond.
