Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Setagaya City

Momoe-san was very communicative from the get go and was so lovely. She made us feel right at home and was available to answer any questions we had. Gotanda was a lovely area and the open play area was lovely to sit in with our son. Thank you for the hospitality! It was so comfortable to have a quiet place to come back to and it had all the amenities we needed. We didn't cook or use the kitchen but it was well stocked with lots of appliances!

Fang’s place was fantastic. Location was so convenient to Shinjuku and its local station is on the line to Harry Potter studios. Fang told us to see the Sakura by the canal and they were fantastic. The apartment had everything needed and very clean and large. We would love to stay again next time in Tokyo!

Great space, good location - near subway station, close to convenience stores. Ryuji-san was very responsive and helpful…even leaving the light on for us as we got in late. Thanks for the local recommendations. We tried the sushi bar and loved the food! It is clear that a lot of thought has been put into the space. Appreciate the welcome basket and full amenities. Will definitely recommend it!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and well-maintained. It’s in a great location—just a short walk to train stations and lots of restaurants. Super convenient for getting around. Would definitely recommend!

Overall a great place to stay in. Ample space to move around plus the beds were comfortable. The elevator in the house was a great help in bringing our luggages up and down and also after a long tiring day of walking. Lots of shops and dining around the area. Convenience stores and the metro station are walkable. Jerry is a great host and replies within a few minutes.

We stayed at Nikaido Sky Terrace for a week and we had a wonderful time there. The house was pristine, it has all the necessary amenities for your stay. The place is comfortable and there are supermarket and restaurants around the area. There are 2 metro stations nearby to commute to any touristic place. I liked that the house is in a quiet neighborhood which is perfect to rest. I 100% recommend the place and would definitely stay there again when I’m back in Tokyo.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved the spaciousness (we were expecting smaller) and had a glorious time.

Yuki is very responsive and helpful! The area was perfect for our stay. Yuki told us about a festival that would be happening while we were there and it was an incredible experience! Yuki provided clear instructions on how to use the A/C, the washing machine, etc. She is a lovely and thoughtful host!

Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

Great space! Located perfectly in the middle of shibuya very walkable a must to get into the city! Yuri is also an amazing responsive host!

Rio Shukuba was responsive and check-in was a breeze. The Airbnb itself was very nice and laundry was wonderful! The area has an active night life, which is a good thing! But also note, it does have mature content.

This was our first time in Shimokitizawa and the apartment was just big enough for 2 adults and 2 small children. The location was perfect and we soon fell in love with the neighbourhood as it was close to everything including restaurants, supermarket, bakeries, cafés, Lawsons, bars, thrift shops etc… The place was buzzing with young people and had a great vibe both during the day and night. We stayed for 6 nights but could have easily stayed longer as we barely explored the whole area. There were so many wonderful finds including the huge owl living behind us and the amazing masseuse 1 minute walk away - this place is close to everything and I would love to move here! Thanks Ryo for your recommendations and having such a perfectly located apartment!! Can’t wait to come back here again one day!

I really appreciate the host’s responsiveness and how she did everything she could to get my family situated with the area during our stay. Will be booking with them again.

The room was nice, traditional feeling. The view from the rooftop is amazing, you can admire the Tokyo SkyTree. I found the mattress a little too thin, but fortunately the host left extra blankets in the wardrobe so we could use them as well. Must try restaurants near the airbnb: “Kiraku-en” (Yakiniku Restaurant) and a very good coffee shop “Cafe dining and bar FLAT” where you can have good coffee and breakfast. Big Metro station and Mall is under 10 minutes walk.

kayo was very responsive as a host. the location is good and easy connection to Asakusa station.

Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Hitomi took amazing care of me and my daughter while we were her guests! She sent us a detailed list of recommendations for the neighborhood including kid-friendly highlights. When my daughter needed to go to the doctor, she sent a list of clinics. She also helped me ship some luggage to make my train trip easier. She was an incredible host, always going above and beyond. Great host, had some trouble with the lockbox and they came over to help us within 10 minutes. Shin-okubo is a great location to stay in central Tokyo, highly recommended this area. Loved the balcony Would stay again %100

Our family is importing our cat to Japan, and we needed somewhere pet friendly plus for four people. Makoto-san's place was perfect for our needs. We also loved the very soft, warm blankets which kept us cozy during this winter weather. Everything was comfortable, Makoto-san was very kind and responsive. I recommend his place if you also have a furry friend and family needing somewhere clean, cozy, and convenient.
