We had a perfect stay at this Airbnb in Japan! The place was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. While the beds were a bit on the firmer side, everything else was fantastic. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to a convenience store, the train station, and plenty of great food options. There’s also a supermarket and Daiso within walking distance. The house has a washer and dryer, which was super convenient, and there’s a dry cleaners right across the road that we used often. Check-in was smooth, and the host was quick to respond when we needed the details. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and well-located stay!

Convienently located close to a station in a great neighborhood! Plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at for every meal. Mimamo and Maya are amazing hosts! They helped whenever we had questions or needed recommendations and guidance.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

整体的入住体验是非常好的，当询问房东问题时，都会及时回复，房东推荐的烧肉餐厅非常好吃，由于房子空间大，住的很舒服，厨房设施完善，可以自己动手做一些简单的食物，唯一美中不足的是离最近主要地铁站走路需要15分钟左右，但是综合考虑它的性价比，和非常大的空间，也是很值得。

Chika was great, puts great effort into the air bnb and really wants you to enjoy your time here. I would definitely recommend this air bnb to others and would come back here any time!

We loved our stay! The house is very spacious and well designed. We slept soundly and enjoyed the surroundings that koto has to offer! Would absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

The Airbnb is very close to Kamikitazawa train station and very easy to find. Kamikitazawa station is also not too crowded. The house was clean and spacious with living spaces on the 1st and 2nd floor. It's near a supermarket, pharmacy, a few food stores and convenience stores. It is close to shinjuku station and relatively near to shibuya. The hosts were very responsive and all house rules are easy to understand and follow. We'd like to stay here again on our next visit!

義両親が地方から私たち家族が住む東長崎に遊びに来ることになり、せっかくの機会なのでinnnn higashinagasakiをお二人のために予約しました。滞在させていただいた間のレビューを執筆いただいたので、代理としてこちらに記載させていただきます： 「娘一家の住まいがある東長崎。昭和の佇まいの民家やお店が今も健在で、懐かしく安らげる街。娘たちと歩いていても、顔見知りの方が気軽に声を掛けてくださる。そんな街にぴったり溶け込んだお宿「innnn higashinagasaki」。玄関ドアを開け、狭くて急傾斜の木造階段を上り、ガラス引き戸を開けると、浴室、ダイニングキッチン、その奥にベッドルーム。古い建物をリニューアルした感じが室内全体から伝わってきて、約50年前の学生時代を思い出す。独占して使う民家は、誰にも干渉される事のない自由な雰囲気で使い勝手もよく、実にゆったりのんびり心地よく過ごせた2日間だった。」 宿泊中のひと晩、子供2人を連れて私たち4人家族もお邪魔させていただき、「東長崎のおいしいもの」をたくさんテイクアウトして、innnnのダイニングテーブルで夕食を楽しみました。窓を開ければ、夕方の東長崎の景色が広がり、長く住んでいる街で、こんなに素敵な“非日常”を味わえるとは思ってもいませんでした。私たちにとってもとても貴重なひとときになりました。アメリカ在住の私の家族が次に日本に来る際も、ぜひまたお世話になりたいと思います！

Honestly, it’s a perfect deal. House is exactly like in photos. Bright, clean, fully stacked with everything you need. Loved the first floor window to be opened and have late evening munchies while watching people pass by. And on top of it all- quiet, beautiful neighborhood to explore. Close to either Shimokitazawa or Shibuya. We’ll def book it again when we’re back.

Our family of 7 had a great time here. The home has everything we needed and the location was nice. Kyoko sent the most thorough instructions ahead of time which we appreciated so much because it made it easy to know what to expect and when we got to the front door getting in was a breeze. The bedrooms had nice clean sheets, fluffy pillows, and everyone in our group talked about how well they slept in the beds. We never really used the downstairs area because everything we needed was on the main floor but it was convenient to have a private space down there with a separate shower and toilet. I liked how easy it was to open the windows and doors to let the fresh air in and to step outside. The laundry was great, the appliances were all easy to use. It's a cozy home and it has everything you might need for a short stay while exploring the city. Plenty of hot water too and lots of places to plug in to charge phones etc. It's rare to find such a unique accommodation; recommend 100%.

Alex’s house offers enjoyable accommodation and is located in a great part of Tokyo. Hiro-o is a welcoming neighborhood with a great range of cafes and restaurants. The local train station is nearby, offering easy access to the rest of Tokyo.

Great place for a family stay in Sangenjaya. Very responsive, lots of supplies for a child provide and well located :)

Being a very new building, the Airbnb had modern fixtures and fittings. Stayed with three friends with a few suitcases and was still very spacious. The bathroom is quite large which is a hard find in Japan. For the price it was perfect and we had no complaints. Roy communicated clearly and quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Yoko's place. Close to both subway and train stations. Very safe neighborhood even as we walked home at 11pm thru the back alley. We had little issue with locating the address but it is due to us not being familiar with Japan. Yoko responded right away when I messaged her and it was a smooth sailing after that. We would definitely rent her place in the future.

We had a wonderful time staying in the apartment as guests of Yasuko and Tadasuke for a week. It was one of our best stays in Tokyo so far! They were both really heartwarming and caring. They prepared cold tea and sweets for our arrival, made sure we had everything we needed, and invited us for dinner. Yasuko even got up very early the morning we left to say goodbye and give us some freshly made onigiri for our trip. The apartment itself was perfect, too! It had a lot of space, was cozy, and had the most comfortable bed linens. It was also in a great neighborhood. We will definitely come back!

居住環境很好，寧靜清幽，整間居所乾淨企理，符合期望。行 1 分鐘就到地鐵站，附近有便利店與一些商舖，十分便利。 只是道路入口較窄，不太適合自駕。租 7 人車的話需要另找停車場；幸好附近有停車場，只需要 3~4 分鐘步行就可以。 整體十分滿意。

Das Haus von Masaki war super eingerichtet, die Küche hatte einen kleinen Grill, zur Begrüßung hatte sie uns sogar Bier und Ginger ale in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Darüber haben wir uns nach der langen Reise sehr gefreut! Das Haus war riesig mit Sitzsäcken und Sofa, ein schöner Esstisch mit gutem Licht, wir haben uns sehr wohl fühlen. Direkt am Haus war ein Fußweg zum Park, ohne Autos. Der Park hatt einen See und man konnte am Fluss entlang spazieren. Zur Fußgängerzone waren es nur 15 Minuten, mit vielen Restaurants und Läden. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This was one of the best places at which we have stayed. It is newly constructed, spotless, spacious and in a very convenient location (a short walk to the train station and several restaurants!). The house is stocked with any amenity you think you would have needed. The rooms are spacious and bright. The hosts are extremely responsive and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, activities and shopping. They were able to accommodate our elderly parents and newborn child. They even greeted us at our arrival. This stay really made our trip memorable and we would recommend this place to all of our friends and family.

We loved staying here with our group of 10! We expected a small space considering Japanese housing, but this home was exactly what we needed. The rooms are great, the kitchen is spacious, and having the two showers with washer and dryer kept us clean all week long. Would definitely recommend to large groups traveling. The location was also great, with train and bus access and lots of fun restaurants and things to do locally.

Yoshi provided an amazing stay for my trip where it felt right at home. All the amenities were great and neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Not to far from the station with outstanding local restaurants.
