Welcome & Grounding (15 min): We welcome you to our space in an oasis of the City, with a brief introduction and a mindful breathing exercise to calm the mind. Immersion & Flotation (45 min): We enter the heated pool. We guide a relaxation session in the water, using floating elements to achieve a state of total weightlessness. Closing & Reconnection (15 min): Space for a break out of the water, changing rooms, and returning with a feeling of total lightness.
