Postural Assessment

In this one-on-one session I assess your posture and movement patterns to identify imbalances that may contribute to pain, stiffness, or poor alignment. We look at how your head, shoulders, spine, and hips are positioned when you stand and move. I then explain what I see in clear terms and guide you through targeted exercises to improve alignment and reduce strain on your body. You will leave with a better understanding of your posture and practical strategies you can use to improve it.
Mindful Strength Training

In this one-on-one session, strength training is combined with mindful breathing and focused movement. We begin with a short grounding exercise, then move into simple, effective strength training to build muscle, improve posture, and increase functional strength. Throughout the session I guide your breathing, pace, and technique so each movement is performed with calm focus. The result is a workout that builds strength while leaving you feeling centered, energized, and connected to your body.
