Sous Vide Steak Night

Cooking a steak at a low temperature ensures that it is the ideal temperature across the steak. It also suspends the juices in the steak with all of the flavor. Top it off with a reverse sear and you have yourself a culinary delight. The first course will be a Maryland style crab cake accompanied by a mixed green salad. Second course is a sous vide steak with a choice of sauce, twice baked potato or herb-roasted potatoes, and vegetable. Finish off with a decadent Creme Brûlée and fresh berries.
