After a short orientation, participants meet with me one‑on‑one or in small groups to explore a curated selection of essential oils. We reflect on each person’s wellness intentions, and I craft a custom aromatherapy spray or roll‑on for them. All materials are included. Ideal for team gatherings and workplace wellbeing.

We clarify what you’re seeking support with and set an intention. You then explore a curated selection of essential oils and choose up to three that resonate. As you rest, your selected essential oils diffuse into the room while I create a bespoke product for you to keep—an inhaler, rollerball, or spray mist—supported by a gentle ambient soundscape.

You explore a curated selection of essential oils and identify up to five that resonate. While you recline and rest, your selected oils diffuse into the room as I prepare a bespoke aromatic product for you to take home. The session closes with a brief grounding experience.
