Freshly shucked oysters, a range of mignonettes (yuzu ponzu, Nordic dill, Champagne shallot), paired with non-alcoholic bubbles or mocktails.
Guests can learn how to shuck and discover unique shells.
The Multi-Sensory Social

A ready-to-go party experience anywhere in LA! We're bringing in the good food, live DJ, and a seamless service team. Guests enjoy 6–9 refined canapés, crafted cocktails, and vibes. This offering does include servers keep the flow seamless.

A private chef’s table, just for you. I’ll guide an intimate crowd through a Nordic–Japanese menu, weaving in my signature FireMasters congee — the dish that won me Food Network bragging rights.

No servers required (unless you’d like the extra polish). Pairings available.
7-Course Tasting
$400 per guest
The full experience.
Two extra chapters added: a welcome bite to open the palate, and a playful palate cleanser before dessert. It feels more immersive, slower, and more celebratory — join us on this fun “chef’s table journey.”
