The service was wonderful. The chef prepared everything right in front of us! The quality and freshness of the food were the best. He explained each dish to us; you can tell he's a professional. He was a great chef and host. I highly recommend him! Of course, we'll book him again! We left with a wonderful taste in our mouths, much better than many restaurants in Roma/Condesa. Chef Alberto was incredible! He worked with me months in advance to customize a menu for both what traditional Mexican dishes me and my guests wanted to try and what could work within our budget. He was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout the process and really tailored the experience to our needs. When it came to the day of, he arrived early with his amazing team (his wife and mother who were the sweetest) and was incredibly professional and kind in person. His team decorated a beautiful tablescape with a table runner, ceramics and silverwares, chargers, and even printed menus. He brought everything he needed with him and it all went so smoothly. While a meal out might have been cheaper (especially in CDMX), this was 100% worth the ease and unique experience of having a private chef come to you - would certainly recommend Chef Alberto and his team!
