Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Seongbuk District

This check in was to go to KINTEX for a show.First of all, it is very convenient to walk for 30 seconds at the exit of Daika Station.There are also Olive young and convenience stores downstairs in the accommodation, as well as plenty of restaurants and Cafe.It also only takes 10 minutes to walk past the venue, and it is highly recommended that people who watch the show live here.Going to the airport and Seoul city area is also a bus that arrives directly in about 1 hour.The accommodation and the pictures matched the description and the bed was comfortable.Supplies are also provided and there is plenty of water in the fridge.Will stay again next time for a show.

Host is extremely responsive and goes far and beyond to cater to my requests. Apartment is immaculately clean and tidy, with every equipment and device that you can possibly think of for a vacation stay. Message chair is also a great plus. Highly recommend

We stayed for a month in Korea in Dec / Jan. Emma's place was perfect for this trip! Not only was the place in a great location, but it was such a lovely home with lots of natural lighting. Emma is also a super responsive host. When I go back to Korea, I will definitely stay again at this place.

First of all, the host was so kind! He also carefully checked to see if there was anything missing I booked it for consecutive nights because of the Kintex Fair. The location was nice, clean, and so nice! One unfortunate thing is that the dryer is so small that it's a little... It was uncomfortable... hahahaha Apart from that, it was clean and so nice! I'll book again if I have to visit Kintex again! Heh.

Jake's place is perfect! You couldn't have a better place like this: perfect and centric location with superb transport connections to the city and to Incheon Airport which is very far from the city center. The place is also super cosy with all the amenities you need for a great stay. Jake is also an amazing host that cares for your stay to be as smooth as possible. It is very close to the nearby station, so it is easy to get anywhere. It's good for 1-2 people, and the place is very well organized. It's easy to check in/out, get in and out, and the host explains in detail. If you have a schedule next time, I would like to revisit anytime.

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

It was a basement, but it was clean and didn't smell. Parking was also convenient.

It was a delight to stay at this property, tucked away on a quiet road in the outer suburbs of Seoul. The property was quiet and comfortable, with a well equippee kitchen. As it is at the end of Metro Line 9, it is well situated for Gimpo airport and exploring Gaehwadong. The closest restaurants are 20 mins walk away around Gaehwasan station, but there is a GS25 around the corner.

Could not have loved the place more. Super convenient, yet private. The host her is so lovely, she waited for us to show us around the place when we checked in, making an espresso for us and teaching us how to use the washing machine. She even agreed to see me once more so I could pick up a ring I had left behind

First of all, the room was so clean that it was nice. I've been to the accommodation a few times, and I think I'll use it often. The price is also reasonable, so I am very satisfied. I will come again next time.

I stayed for a long time because of the house construction, but it was quite pleasant and comfortable. The room was small, but it was nice that it was separated, and the windows were large, so it wasn't stuffy. If you mention the location, it's nagging ~ I liked it much better than the nearby multi-story accommodation ~

A great place for easy access to all things Hongdae. Definitely would stay again if in the area!

The place is very near to Changdong Station(only 2 mins away). You can go there from Exit Number 2. The host is very responsive and friendly. It feels like home. There's Olive Young and E Mart near to the place.

We had a great stay - Serena was a very responsive, attentive host and answered all of our questions and inquiries. The location was extremely convenient and we would absolutely stay there again, particularly for a longer trip. Instructions for taking the airport limo bus were flawless, and it's basically across the street from the in-town terminal. Only very positive things to say!

A lot less expensive than a hotel on the road next to a lot of small drawbacks that are noisy with cars

3bedroom apartment complex with spacious living room. Easy access to mega shopping mall and market. Quiet clean place.

I asked the host a lot of questions, and he answered them very quickly and was very kind. The location of the accommodation is really good, and there are many restaurants around, so I had a very comfortable rest and played for 4 days. Highly recommended!

I had a really comfortable stay! It was just one room, but it had everything I needed and it was really nice. If I had to say one disadvantage, it would be that the competition for the bathroom in the morning is a little high.. haha. Everyone is busy before checking out, so it's the same for everyone. If you have an agile day, it will be resolved. And the toilet water pressure is really good!

I had a great time staying here for my first few days in Seoul! The flat has a great location, about a 20 minute walk from both Seoul station and City Hall station (in opposite directions) but in case you're not a walker 2 minutes away is Seodaemun station of the nr 5 metro line. If you do like to walk a lot like me than you can reach a lot of the main attractions in the center of the city by foot (Geunjeongjeon, Namdaemun and Myeongdong markets, etc.) In the flat I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, I would gladly stay here again next time I am in Seoul. :)

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
