It is operated as a private house in a 34-pyeong apartment (the host doesn't live there) "Christmas, Holiday • New Year Gathering Welcome" It is a 34-pyeong apartment on the first floor where our children can run and play as much as they want. There is plenty for 3 families to come. There are no vehicles on the ground, so it's safe for children to play in the complex. Security guards are available 24 hours a day. There is a security device for the common entrance, so it is safe because external people can't enter. 1. There is free parking for 24 hours (multiple cars available) & electric charging stations (4 cars) -Line 2 Guui Station, Dong Seoul Terminal, and Seongsu are about 5-10 minutes away. It is good for sightseeing and local travel in Seoul. 2. Lotte World Children's Grand Park Sangsangnara, Ttukseom Amusement Park, etc., so it's good for traveling with children. 3. There are food alleys and Konkuk University flavors, so you can enjoy a variety of food. 4. "GS 25 convenience store, pharmacy, karaoke room, laundromat, beauty salon" in front of the front door of the apartment, etc. 5. "Body Friend Massage Chair" is popular!!! 6. Latex queen mattress is provided in the living room when additional people are added & children are requested

Traditional Hanok Dongchonjae (for 1 team only/free breakfast/free parking)

Dongchonjae is located in Seochon Village, very close to Gwanghwamun Square, the center of Gyeongbokgung Palace and Seoul. It consists of Anchae, Sarangchae, and Annex Room. Built in 1939, Dongchonjae is recognized as a traditional hanok by the City of Seoul and the government (Korea Tourism Organization). Dongchonjae has opened its home by a retired couple and has been operating since October 2020. Guests use 4 rooms, living room (Daecheongmaru), kitchen, 2 toilets (inside: shower available, outside: difficulty showering), Numaru and yard. The host lives in Sarangchae and provides breakfast and other services. (※ The love house is a space that is different from the main house where guests stay in, and it is a completely separate space) Feel the tranquil beauty and scent of traditional hanok at Dongchonjae, an urban healing shelter.
