Very friendly hosts, swimming pool shared with hosts but very relaxed, superb interior, place to get away from things, nature park des forets closeby

We had a lovely time with the family in this cottage. The house is well-equipped and the hosts are very kind and welcoming. The pool and hot tub made everyone happy. We warmly thank Pascale and Manu. We recommend this property.

There were 12 of us, from 6 to 72 years old. Everyone loved these 4 days!The house is simply beautiful, there are plenty of activities for all ages, it's close to the city center and above all we had a great welcome from Dorian, by message because unfortunately he was absent, but he had left us 2 good bottles in the fridge as a welcome gift, and also from his parents, extremely kind and helpful, and who gave us very good tips for sightseeing. This is by far the best cottage we've done so far!

We had a great time! Delphine was responsive, was able to answer all our questions and communication was very easy. Thanks for allowing us to reunite as a family in this beautiful place. The accommodation is impeccable, with lots of activities for children: games available, swing, swimming pool and jacuzzi. I recommend this listing 1000%!

We recommend Elisabeth's cottage, it is located in a quiet area, it is well equipped and carefully decorated. The pool, bocce court and games room are real pluses. Élisabeth is very attentive to her guests. We had a lovely family weekend in this relaxing place.

Very nice house , tastefully decorated. I have rented many houses before but I have never had the opportunity to have such a clean and complete rental house with everything you could possibly need. It feels like home. I would highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

Perfect place for those looking to disconnect from the busy world and recharge. Amazing nature, quiet, and this large beautifully decorated room, which I didn’t want to leave :) Thibaut is very discreet and yet always available, I truly enjoyed our chats. Beautiful and peaceful setting by the river. Great garden for the dogs plus kayak and paddle boards to explore the river for longer stays. Cecile accommodated an earlier check in which was very much appreciated. It's a shame we didn't have longer to explore the area.

Highly recommended, especially with children. Perfectly equipped, tasteful, clean, lovingly furnished and decorated. The property is located in a very small village, very remote from other places, you are very dependent on a car. We were very unlucky with the weather, in summer it is certainly even nicer…

The accommodation is very well located, far from any hustle and bustle. Quiet and peaceful. Birds singing, "crickets", horses neighing nearby will be the only "noises" you will hear. A real joy. The accommodation is well-equipped, just a shame for the coffee system, I would have preferred a more traditional one (Senseo, filter coffee machine or other). Regarding Eric and Sophie, they met my expectations and answered my questions. Good communication.

We had a great time with the family in an exceptionally clean, tastefully furnished, functional, very quiet home with access to a small private garden that allowed us to hide Easter eggs. Access to the accommodation through the garage door may seem surprising at first, but does not detract from the quality of the property offered. I would recommend it in a second.

Our stay at Sylvie's was a real oasis of calm and rest, in a very clean and tastefully decorated house! Thanks to our host's recommendations, we were able to visit the surroundings without missing anything!

Paulette's story of converting her house into a cottage is a beautiful one. The house is clean, well maintained and quiet. The welcome is friendly and warm. Access is easy, close to the village center with its shops and restaurants. Going a little further, you reach the surrounding vineyards. A peaceful little haven to rest or a starting point for long bike rides...

Had a wonderful week at Valerie's! What a lovely, cozy house and everything was present, very nice shower and lovely bed and lovely bedding. Fireplace often used, was great. The garden is also a lovely place to sit. Also in the kitchen everything we needed. Great! Surroundings very quiet. Drive a little further for shops, restaurants etc, but no problem! Came for the rest.

Semur is a beautiful and romantic town, but still lively and not too touristic. The house is close to everything, nature, the river as well as the town and its amenities. We also enjoyed the sun in the small backyard and barbecue, and were happy that we could bring the dog. Traffic is modest, so walking the dog and/or running around the town was a pleasure

I chose this Airbnb for a week away to celebrate my birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Marloes and Olav were incredibly welcoming hosts, from the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The Airbnb itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail. The area is stunning, peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still close to nearby towns with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to explore. The facilities were great, everything was exactly as described, and more. Marloes was always just a message away and super helpful throughout my stay, which made everything even more relaxing. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape in a beautiful location. I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastically beautiful old house in picturesque Flavigny! The house is so beautiful and tastefully decorated and really has everything you need. Very cozy atmosphere, a kitchen that invites you to cook and a great living room with a grand piano. We will be happy to come back!

A gem of calm, serenity, and well-being. The garden is absolutely amazing, with no neighbors opposite and a variety of wildflowers and trees that provide shade at any time of day. Well fenced, it also made my dog happy. The cottage is pleasant and properly equipped. I liked the fragrant rose on the balcony and the bouquet of wildflowers on the table. Located only 5 minutes from the lake, the walks around it are beautiful (without too much traffic) and it is possible to easily find a secluded place to settle by the lake to enjoy it (stayed in late May). I will return without hesitation if I have to return to the area.
