Vacation rentals in Semily District

Großes Haus. Etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, es ist aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Schöne, ruhige Lage. Etwas abseits gelegenen.

Asi nemáme co dodat… Pokud budete někdy v Nové Pace a budete potřebovat ubytování, nehledejte už nic jiného!

Ubytování bylo skvělé. Nepřišli jsme na nic, co by nám chybělo. Vše bylo krásně čisté, nové, dostupné. Všeho dostatek (nádobí, židlí, zahradního nábytku,..). Vše po ruce, nádherné místo a klid, komunikace příjemná a bez problému. Celkově jsme byli nadmíru spokojeni a rádi se budeme vracet.

Útulné miesto, pohodlné pre 8 ľudí pričom každý pár má súkromie a dve kúpelne na tento počet je ideál. Kuchyňa je plne vybavená. Veľmk milá komuniácia a uvítanie od pána majiteľa. Moc radi sa zase vrátime.

Pluses Nice view from the windows Spacious and neat apartment with all you need. Enough space to store clothes, enough space for kids, good quality bedding, comfortable mattresses. Super close to two ski lifts for beginners and ski rentals. Free ski bus 100 m away is available to go to more advanced ski slopes. Definitely good value for the price. There are plenty of kitchen amenities. Small grocery store is near by. German speaking TV and WiFi is included. Minuses Kitchen is quite dated with furniture repaired with a duct tape, but it is fully functional and in the end it did not disturb us. Guests are required to wash the dishes and apparently the guests before us were not so diligent with cups. Garage parking is tricky with the elevator for cars and very narrow drive in. We managed to use it quite well, but it requires some practice :) Please measure your car dimensions before booking. Overall we liked it and would love to come back next winter break.

Die Gegend ist traumhaft. Ein wunderschöner Blick in die Natur. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und das Haus war sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufgrund einer gesundheitlichen Notlage mussten wir schnell nach Deutschland. Die relativ kurze Entfernung nach Zittau war unsere Rettung. Zum Glück! Leider konnten wir deshalb nicht all unsere geplanten Trips wahrnehmen, aber die Gegend hat viel zu bieten. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele liegen in der Nähe. Perfekt für all jene, die am Tag nicht so viele Kilometer fahren wollen. Auch die Nähe zu Nová Paka war optimal zum Einkaufen. Die Kommunikation und Übergabe des Hauses verlief total unkompliziert! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, um alles nochmal gesund und fit erleben zu können.

Es war alles prima und außerhalb der Saison sehr ruhig. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ubytování bylo v pořádku, vše potřebné bylo k dispozici. Ubytování bylo čisté a vše připravené. Komunikace s majitelem byla bez problémů. Pobyt hodnotíme velmi pozitivně a rádi se v budoucnu na místo vrátíme.
