The house is amazing! I got to spend 4 nights and celebrate Christmas with my family in this house. It felt straight like home, the utilities and facilities matched the descriptions. The house is pretty clean. However I feel the lights in the house were a bit dim, but other than that everything is just perfect.

A beautiful and comfortable home to live in. The owner is also kind and friendly, thank you for the late check out help, because my 20-month-old son is still taking a nap, allowed late check out. So there is no drama of children because they are woken up from sleeping well. I hope many continue to stay that Sofia manages. Don't forget the pool needs a little touch up :)

I had a lovely stay at Cynthia's place in Semarang! The building is super central with lots nearby, is modern and spacious, is cool and has a nice city view. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property was located in a strategic area. The room quite spacious and clean.

The unit is very nice and well maintained, the room is clean and all appliances are complete from kitchen appliances to bathroom appliances. The view is good directly facing the intersection of five. It's just that the tv broadcast is not complete hehe. But overall it's ok and really worth it. It'll be a subscription place to stay every time you go back to semarang.

The room is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. It’s in a hotel building with swimming pool on the rooftop. We didn’t use the pool but the night view is amazing. Room is nice and tidy. Host replies quickly and very helpful. Recommend.

Compared to all unit I ever stayed in Candiland, Kak Grady's unit is somehow standout in terms of clean and tidyness, looks like he always put an extra effort in everything he does to make this unit worth everything you paid for.

I came to Semarang to visit friends and family and stayed at Irina's place with 2 friends. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the great location. The apartment is small but we still had enough space. The place was clean and Irina is a very helpful and friendly host! :)

Our stay at the apartment was enjoyable overall. The apartment was comfortable, strategically located, and offered a great view. The swimming pool was a highlight, making it ideal for a family vacation with kids. The security felt safe, and free parking was a plus. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. Cleanliness needed a bit more attention, and the bathroom drain was clogged, causing water to pool after showers. It took about 10-15 minutes for the water to drain completely. Additionally, there was no drinking water provided, and the location was quite far from any convenience store, which made it a bit inconvenient. The TV and AC remotes also didn’t function smoothly. Despite these minor issues, our stay was very pleasant and definitely worth the price.

Sharon had been very helpful and responsive. She called the building engineer right away when we had problem with the water heater. The place has nice view. Overall it was a nice stay.
