Modern nordic design with idyllic and undisturbed surroundings in harmony with nature. Panoramic view over the fiord. 20 min. from Sandefjord/1,5 hour from Oslo. The beach in front is Bronnstadbukta, area with rich nature, perfect for adults and kids. Great hiking right outside the door, with numerous popular summit hikes and hiking trails. Beautiful fjord with islets and reefs if you travel by boat. Cabin also suitable for two families with 2 baths ans 4 bedrooms. PARTY IS NOT ALLOWED

Sentrumsnær hybel

Hybel i vårt hus med sentral beliggenhet. Gangavstand til Tønsberg sentrum og Teie, samt togstasjon og sykehus. 1 soverom med dobbeltseng, og sofa i stue man kan sove på. Hybel inneholder soverom, bad med vaskemaskin, og stue/kjøkken med mikro oppvaskmaskin, kjøleskap med fryser, og tv tilkoblet internett og dekoder. Det er mulig å parkere i vår gårdsplass, og utleie av 2 stk kajakk er også mulig. Det er kort vei ned til sjøen. Området er rolig, og fest i hybel er ikke tillatt.

Bo sentralt i ditt eget hus. Egen parkering for en liten/normal bil. Deilig sør-vestvendt terrasse hvor sol, natur og måltider kan nytes. Hus nærliggende vertsfamiliens bolig. Etablert og stille, men sentralt boligområde. Gangavstand til sentrum, sykehus, dagligvare, ishall, naturområder, buss- og jernbanestasjon. Buss-stopp nærliggende huset har avganger til USN og Færder. NB! Uegnet for små barn og personer med redusert førlighet grunnet bratt trapp. Lav takhøyde i 2. etasje.

Gangavstand til Tønsberg sentrum og flotte turområder i skogen rett utenfor døren. Det er ingen trafikkstøy. Leiligheten ligger i kjelleren, men har store vinduer som gir mye lys. Stuen er koselig, med spiseplass. Badet er stort, med vaskemaskin og plass til å tørke tøy. Kjøkken med komfyr og kjøleskap. Dobbeltseng på soverommet og enkeltseng i stua. Wifi og tv med Netflix innlogget og Google chrome til strømming av innhold fra telefonen. Gratis parkeringsplass rett på utsiden.
