A further bedroom is tucked away in a sleeping loft with a cozy study area beneath. A RM50 refundable cash deposit is required during check in. This will be return to you upon check out. Urban Nest is a 838sft 2 bedroom apartment, with a loft area. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and it's own bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. The loft area has another queen bed. There is a common bathroom. What you will find: - Two queen beds, two single beds. Can accomodate a seventh person with an extra foldable mattress (upon advanced special request with extra charge- please inform us when booking) - Airconds for each room, and the living area as well. - A gigantic 60" 4K Android TV, with access to Netflix included, as well as more recent movies and TV series. - A fully functional kitchen, with all cooking needs provided. Kitchen has a fridge, microwave, hood, hob, pots and pans, plates, bowls, and cutleries. Kitchen also has a water purifier for your drinking water needs - A washer/dryer unit so you can do laundry, with good quality detergent provided - Some books, for you to read and enjoy your downtime - Access to the facilities floor of the apartment - with an infinity pool, wading pool, gym, games room and sauna. You will have the entire house to yourselves. There are some cabinets and drawers locked away as cleaning supply storage. We love to communicate with our guests. The condo is in the vibrant Little India district of Brickfields. Authentic Indian restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are in the area. It's close to the KL Sentral transportation hub, and a bridge from the building links to the Bangsar LRT Station. Urban Nest @ EST Bangsar is connected directly to the Bangsar LRT station, one station away from KL Sentral where you are directly connected to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport via KLIA Express. Being on the LRT network also means you will be able to interchange to any of the Greater KL Transportation System lines, including the MRT system, the Monorail system and the KTM system. Free in-building parking is included for one car, but do inform us in advanced of this requirement. For more than one cars, we will be able to help with arranging alternative paid parking solutions. Check in time is at 3PM and check out time is 12PM. For early check in, we take pride in a thorough cleaning of the unit (about 2 hours) before your stay, and thus, for most cases, we can only accomodate 2pm or 2:30pm early check in requests when the unit is ready. If you need the unit earlier, you are advised to book the day before. For late check outs, if you plan to check out after 12PM, please inform us before or during your stay. Similar to the check ins, as the unit goes through a thorough cleaning before the next guest, we can only accomodate at most up to an extra hour (1PM). If you do not inform us in advanced, and you do not check out by 12PM, we will have the right to charge you an extra RM30 for a late check out fee until 1PM. We strictly cannot accomodate a later check out unless the unit is unoccupied for the next day. You will be able to keep your bags before/after your stay at the concierge for a fee (paid directly to the concierge). As this checked luggage service is provided by a private company and not us, we will not be responsible for any incidents.

Loft Apartment with Views of Twin Towers

I used to occupy this property but have moved to another property to start graduate school. I purchased this unit several years ago as I liked the modern loft layout and the amazing view from the high floor, especially during dusk or dawn. I have furnished the unit tastefully, the dinner table and all counter tops are made of reclaimed teak from Africa and Indonesia. I put a lot of thoughts into the living spaces and I enjoyed living here, so I hope you will too. This premium loft is located in a very strategic location within Damansara Perdana. It was tastefully designed and overlooks downtown Petaling Jaya while on the northern side of the unit you will see the green hills of Lanjan and Penchala. The loft is very near to The Curve (5 mins drive, 15 minutes walk) , IKEA, Ikano Shopping Centre, Kidzania, One Utama, Starling and many other malls. Within the property, there are F&B outlets, convenience store, pharmacy, hair saloon etc. You will find amenities just like what you'd find at a home. High speed 100Mbps internet is included. Hot shower, shower gel, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, 2 fresh towels and floor mat, closet, clean sheets, down-filled high thread count duvet, down-filled pillows, full length mirror, microwave, DeLonghi coffee maker (yes we provide ground coffee), kettle, fridge, induction stove suitable for LIGHT cooking only, cooking utensils and kitchenware, TV, and over 150 book titles to enjoy. **Note: our oven is not for guest use, but you are welcome to use the stove and microwave. We now have ANDROID TV for your entertainment! The loft can comfortably accommodate 2 people and is not suitable for young children. We welcome extended stays, please send a message since we place a restriction on max days available. NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT. PLEASE respect this house rule, if you leave the unit smelling of cigarette, we will charge an additional RM300 for cleaning. Overlooking downtown Petaling Jaya, the apartment is based in the Damansara Perdana neighborhood, adjacent to Mutiara Damansara and Bandar Utama. The neighborhood has many malls and restaurants and is a short drive to Kuala Lumpur. If you're driving, there's parking in the basement. Otherwise, Grab/Uber is also easy to catch. The loft is in a very central area of Damansara. Nearest MRT/LRT station is at The Curve (about 5mins drive away, or 15-20 mins walk if you dont mind the heat). There's a shuttle bus at the entrance of the premise that will take you to the MRT station. Let us know your mode of transportation and we will advise you accordingly.
