The hot tub with mountain views, as well as the sun terrace invite you to relax. The hot tub can be used all year round, communal with our second apartment.

We had a great week stay at the location. Three days of business, four days of tourism. It was conveniently located near my meetings, and the train down to the tourist area (and everywhere else in Munich) was within walking distance from the house. The house had a great living room, kitchen, and there were nice rooms on the second and third floor. (I would not recommend this for folks with mobility issues since it has a staircase that is almost a spiral staircase). The room on the third floor bed would have been tight for two people, but was perfect for me, the second floor bedroom was perfect for two. The host was super responsive and let us check in early and stay late at no extra charge. Check out was simple. We received local recommendations, and enjoyed our stay. If you are staying in hot weather, be forewarned that there isn't air conditioning and the third floor can be warm. It ended up being cool, and I was able to open up the windows so it was pleasant.

A private room features a single bed with a soft bedding arrangement. Natural light fills the space through a window overlooking greenery. A desk suitable for remote work is positioned next to the bed, complemented by a small round table adorned with a plant.

The host was always kind and responded quickly that I really appreciated. Also the room was very clean, which was the most satisfying part for me. I also liked that towels and basic shower equipments were provided. Since the location is in a residential area, it was quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting. There was also a bus stop and a supermarket nearby, making it convenient to stay. I recommend this place as a great affordable accommodation in Munich!

Super friendly personal welcome . Located just outside of Munich, but you are in the city in a good 30 minutes. The location is in a very quiet street. Especially recommended for longer stays, the large kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The rooms are super nicely decorated, you can tell that someone has invested a lot of time here. Private open parking space and a separate sauna in the garden. Compared to the price level, actually almost too cheap in the area. We will be happy to come back.

Giselle's house is in an area of residential Munich, well served and well connected to the center. Spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. It was like being at home, with everything you need especially if you are traveling with small children. Thanks again for your amazing hospitality.
