The proximity to Munich and the good S-Bahn connection in our small town (15-20 minutes' walk from the apartment to the train station) is ideal for trade fair visitors and vacationers. It allows them to reach the main train station in Munich in 30 minutes. Employees of Krauss Maffai, MAN and MTU can reach this by S-Bahn in about 15-20 minutes. By car, our town has good transport connections to the A8 and A9.

The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Each morning, I woke to sunlight filtering through mist-covered valleys, then wandered through gardens and met friendly livestock. Gazing at the stars under the clear night sky, every moment here was a serene embrace of German rural charm—thank you, Stefan, for an unforgettable time that captured the heart and beauty of the countryside!
