Apartment vacation rentals in Schwabach

The apartment is as described and corresponds exactly to the pictures. It is top modern furnishings, very clean and has everything you need. Contact with Tom was good, he provided us with all the necessary information in advance and we would recommend the apartment at any time.

I had deliberately looked for an accommodation solution as an interim rental and found it with Birgit & Friedrich. For me, it was also important that I could work from there with good Internet without any problems. Here, too, my landlord proactively took care of a real office chair, as did my previous tenants from the Donau-Ries region. In addition, I wanted a nice apartment atmosphere, i.e. at least two rooms, a relaxed way to sit outside and the forest should be easily accessible on foot. Everything was right here and I really enjoyed talking to Friedrich about this and that. Certainly 😊 noteworthy is his bilingual guest folder and the clear instructions that were placed in the apartment in the right places. 👍

Nice and amazing wood work

We had a wonderful week at Ralf and Doris's place! That was a great contact from start to finish! This started at the time of booking and went through. We were very warmly welcomed. The apartment is in great condition! We all immediately felt totally comfortable and enjoyed the days to the fullest. From the apartment you can reach many attractions (summer toboggan run, mini golf, soccer golf, boat tour)in a few minutes by car. Lake Brombach can also be reached on foot through the forest. There are also nice hikes nearby. We liked the area very much and also the people were all very friendly and helpful! Ralf and Doris were always easily accessible and gave great tips! Our kids thought it was very nice and didn't want to go home! Those who like peace and nature are in the best hands there. Everything is easily accessible, but you should have a car. We can only recommend the apartment and will definitely come back ourselves!

The communication in advance was as friendly as the reception on site! The apartment is spacious and equipped with secure Wi-Fi so that I could successfully hold my online workshop on the first evening. The location is quiet and "in the green area," but Nuremberg is quickly reached in just under 20 minutes by car. There is plenty of free parking in front of the house! A huge plus is certainly the large balcony in summer. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Coffee and teas are available for use. The bed was very comfortable, I slept well. The bathtub was my wellness program after my wet-cold workshop day at the Gostenhofer Christmas market. At the other end of the apartment there is another living-sleeping area. The apartment would therefore be perfect for families or friends with "distance needs." ;-) I'd love to come back. Thanks again and see you next time!

Delightful apartment in a delightful area with delightful hosts. The bathroom & kitchen were well equipped & the bed comfortable as was the couch. The surroundings were peaceful & quiet. We had a rental car & found it easy to drive & park at Hasenbuck station & take the U1 train which takes about 10 mins to the city. We enjoyed this stay very much. Highly recommend 😊

Beautiful accommodation in the countryside! The six of us spent a few days here and really enjoyed it. The apartment is really nice and super equipped. The surroundings are quiet and ideal for a relaxing holiday. No wish was left unfulfilled and the communications went absolutely smoothly and very friendly! Absolutely recommended, we will be happy to come back! :)

We had three great days at the place, which was really clean, very nice and cozy. From there, you can also quickly get to Sulzbach-Rosenberg, Amberg or Hersbruck, where we were at the spa. The host was very accommodating and friendly. An all-round relaxing girlfriend vacation :)

We had a wonderful time! The apartment is a perfect countryside getaway. We enjoyed all the birds that came to sing in the garden. The apartment is in the back of the house and behind is a big meadow covered in dandelions, where geese like to hang out. It is very calming. 5 minute walk to the lake, 5 minute car ride to the store and very nice bakery. Many good restaurants in the area (mostly car is needed). It was awesome to bbq in our yard or just relax with a book. Bikes are included. The apartment was pristinely clean. Arne and Sandrine are perfect hosts: friendly, responsive and kind people! We were very happy with our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is private and clean. The pool was perfect for us. Would for sure stay here again, thank you for the lovely accommodations.

We used the apartment as a stopover between two weddings and spent three nights there with grandparents and our two children. The kids had a lot of fun in the hot tub and playing in the sandbox.🙃 The apartment on the ground floor was very spacious and the dining area with the large table was great for shared meals. Everything was also super clean and tidy. If we were in the area more often, we would definitely come back. ☺️

We had a lovely short stay at Dario's. Communication was great and we were welcomed in person. Dario had some good tips for eating out for us. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, we also got along very well without a kitchen. For us personally, it was a little too loud at night due to the nearby road, but if you leave the windows closed, it doesn't bother you. You are super connected, quickly on foot in the city center and also quickly by subway.

The apartment we liked very well. We stayed for 3 nights and could have used the pool, hot tub and garden. The apartment is lovingly furnished and radiates warmth and coziness. It is also ideal for 2 couples who want to vacation together and chat or play cards in the evening with a bottle of wine in the kitchen. We felt very comfortable. Liz is a very nice hostess. Communication was quick and there was a bottle of wine, water and a fruit basket to welcome us. You can easily walk to the S-Bahn and in less than 20 minutes the S-Bahn is at Nuremberg Central Station. The available information and hiking maps are great for planning excursions.

Everything worked smoothly, Sarah and Manuel were very helpful and friendly, I can only recommend it.

Doris is a very friendly host. The apartment is great and clean. It is exactly as in the pictures. I had a very good stay! I strongly recommend it!

Andrea was very welcoming and you definitely can see how much attention to detail she has put into every room. We liked the whole experience with whirlpool, terrace and the free Netflix. We would definitely recommend it anyone, who wants some fun and quiet time :))
