Das Haus liegt nur 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß vom See. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem der obere Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esstisch ist gemütlich. Zur unteren Wohnung gehört eine Terasse, auf der bis spät nachmittags im Februar die Sonne scheint. Julia war sehr entgegenkommend. Weil es möglich war durften wir früher ein und später auschecken. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house, which is just a 25-minute drive from the center of Munich. The location was perfect for us – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the city to enjoy all that Munich has to offer. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The hosts were fantastic – very pleasant, responsive, and helpful. They answered our questions quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base near Munich. We would be happy to stay here again!

sehr geoße Unterkunft mit viel Platz, die bäder und die küche waren Blitzblank sauber. im Hof gab es genug Platz um unsere Motorräder zu parken und die Aussicht war auch Klasse beim Frühstück. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder

Piękne miejsce nieopodal Salzburga, cisza spokój, typowo wiejski klimat, dookoła dużo tras do spacerowania, koło domku wielka łąka z placem zabaw i huśtawką dla najmłodszych. Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz! Gorąco polecam!

Wir sind 11 Stunden aus Polen gefahren und es hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Diese Unterkunft ist ein echtes Juwel unter den Unterkünften! Die Wohnung war wunderschön, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – und der Blick aus dem Fenster ist einfach atemberaubend! Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Bayern zu erkunden und gleichzeitig ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war vorbildlich – er antwortete immer schnell auf Nachrichten und war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann sie wärmstens empfehlen und hoffe, irgendwann wieder hierher zu kommen!❤️

We had an awesome week on the slopes! The apartment was really nice, check-in was easy and we had no problems at all. Only thing that was surprising was that since the apartment was for up to 9 people, we expected 3 rooms, but there were only 2 rooms with 3 beeds (1 double, 1 single) and one couch. But overall great place - would recommend!

Quiet neighborhood, with great views out the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped with all the necessities, and parking was easy in front Of the house. Only downside is the washer/dryer costs 4 euros per wash, and another 4 euros to dry. However, dryer only runs for 1 hour - which is not enough to dry clothes thoroughly. The machine also only takes 2 euro coins, so make sure you have exact change if you are intending to do laundry

This was a great little place near Munich. Mustahsin was a fabulous host! He was there to meet us at the property, and even came looking for us when we got lost! It was a comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying there again if I find myself in the area.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Es war alles sauber und schön hergerichtet. Der Check in war flexibel und alles gut beschrieben :) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Zum See gelangt man in nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben meinen Vater bei der Reha im Medical Park besucht und auch dorthin konnte man einen schönen Fußweg am See nutzen (ca. 25 Minuten). Das einzige, was einem bewusst sein muss ist, dass das Schlafsofa vom Wohnraum nur durch eine kleine Trennwand abgetrennt ist, jedoch keine Türen vorhanden sind. Das sieht man bereits auf dem Grundriss und war für uns kein Problem :) wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely accommodation located in an idyllic village. Eva is very friendly and warm! On the way back there in the evening, a cat accompanied us all along🥰Such a beautiful experience.

It was great place to stay and the host was very nice and we enjoyed our stay in Berchtesgaden.

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

Wir nehmen die besten Erinnerungen aus unserem 1 wöchigen Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen und perfekt eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, entspricht genau der Beschreibung und sieht noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Rainer ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, der immer bei Fragen erreichbar ist. Außerdem fanden wir sein zur Verfügung gestelltes Infomaterial perfekt. Wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden und der Blick vom Balkon in das satte Grün ist selbst bei Regen schön. Die Region mit einer Vielzahl an gut ausgeschilderten Wanderwegen eignet sich perfekt für Aktivurlaub auf der einen und Entschleunigung auf der anderen Seite. Der Schliersee ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch der Bäcker sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine super Zeit. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Ein absoluter Glücksgriff! Danke für Alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Zu empfehlen. Wir haben die Wohnung Gartenglück 1.0 als Familie von 3 Personen über Karwoche gemietet und wir waren zufrieden. Die Anweisungen mit Bildern waren kurz und klar. Alois und Stephanie waren auch hilfsbereit - erreichbar für Probleme und Fragen. Alles lief unkompliziert. Mir gefällt‘s vor allem, dass die Wohnung enthält alles was man braucht und Schnickschnack-frei. Die Salzburger Altstadt ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir hatten kein Problem damit, weil wir es auch gewusst haben und waren mit dem Auto mobil.

Mr Andreas is a gem of host and great person by heart, always guided us from where to visit, how to reach faster the popular places near obertraun like Hallstatt with all the detailed information regarding local transport. We will for sure again visit his AirBnb whenever we come to Austria. And oh my god! What AirBnb he had! It’s heaven . We regret not staying for longer period of time here😞

Totally fall in love with Adelheid’s place. Is like a quiet sanctuary when one needs to be away from the busy streets and tall buildings. Waking up to greenery, mountain view, this is so energising. The kitchen is great, it has stove and oven, also a bread toaster and more. I can cook and stay indoors when I don’t feel like going out, enjoying the views from balcony. Love every part of the apartment. Having transport would be ideal, as is quite secluded but is near eateries and supermarkets. I will missed this place, will come back if I am visiting Austria again.

Natalie's house is a little far from the center,but No.22 bus stop is 1 minute to the house,it's easy for tourism.Natalie is easy going and help us to carry suitcases when we arrive.I recoment this house to others

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, schön hell und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist klasse: der See, diverse Restaurants, Supermarkt, Feinkostläden und Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Jaana und Sebastian sind großartige Gastgeber - super nett, hilfsbereit und antworten immer direkt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!
