Once a farmhouse and sometimes an aristocratic retreat, it now combines historic charm with modern comfort – from fiber internet to a panoramic sauna. Complemented by a hot tub, a chapel and inviting spots to linger. In summer Lake Lunz beckons, in winter ski resorts await, while cycling paths invite you from spring to autumn.

Our place is an (300yr) old granary, taken down from the mountains and rebuilt here at Lamawanderland with lots of love! You'll find yourself in the middle of the countryside on a farm we like to think of as a Peaceful but quirky place, inviting a sense of relaxation and homeliness. Our region "the Mostviertel" is located in the beautiful foothills of the Alps, where fantastic hiking and biking routes are easily accessible by car. Stift Melk and the Wachau region are also close by.

Living "in the middle of the field"

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

The Szilágyi manor is the last thing left of the Zwerbach castle complex and has now been completed after 3 years of renovation. Now, the estate serves as a peace and feel-good oasis for lovers, couples, friends, and families. The 45 sqm residential unit in stylish "Shabby chic" style is very cozy and furnished with love for detail. Other areas such as the courtyard with a willow and a lounger swing or the castle garden with a terrace for grilling, invite you to linger.

Our small organic mountain farm is located in the heart of the Ötscherland, 4.5 km from the dreamy district town of Scheibbs. The magnificent, quiet location in the middle of the forest will also delight you. Take a vacation and still feel at home, that's our strength! On the balcony you can enjoy the morning sun and unwind with your soul while splashing the meadow tree.

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.
