Excellent, my companions and I liked the place

Amazing place, it looked just like the pictures. Gorgeous home. The only small issue I had was we ran out of hot water during the 2nd night and then today in the morning, was not fun showering in cold water. Also the house was very chilly and didn't feel any heater at a 50F weather. Besides that, she was super responsive and friendly. Would recommend the house.

We went as a family and the experience was perfect from start to finish. The house was impeccable, very well-equipped and with a beautiful view of nature. The location is ideal for those who want to disconnect and enjoy the fresh air, but it is also close enough to the city for any need. Lourdes and Edgar are very attentive and are always available for any questions. We'd actually come back a thousand times more. Highly recommended!

Stayed 1 month at this spacious 3 bedroom condominium in the hills above the main city of Cuenca. All beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. Kitchen has most everything needed to cook at home. Dr. Santiago was friendly, responsive and very helpful with check-in and other concerns. Supermarket and restaurants are 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Overall good stay.

-The house was sparkling clean and EVERYTHING was exactly as seen on the pictures. They provided anything under the sun that you would need, you pretty much can come only with your clothes and tooth brush. -The view from the rooms is espectacular, especially when the Tomebamba river is full (the sound of it is so relaxing). -The location is super close to anything that you may need, several pharmacies, mercaditos, restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat if do would rather have a place that washes and irons for you at great rates, but the house has a great laundry area. The neighbors are super friendly. -You can walk 5 minutes to bus stop on Ordonez Lasso, and grab buses to Calle Larga (bus #3), every 10 minutes, or ther bus lines to other areas (I recommend loading the Moovit app on your phone). -If anything breaks, the host will answer your calls quickly and will send person to fix whatever is not working at the moment. -Internet service super fast and reliable (I work online).

We were very happy to find this house! A very quiet place, for sure, it is super comfortable as seen in photos! Very good communication!

The apartment was very nice, they gave it to us impeccable, in the middle of the week they cleaned the room, changed sheets and towels. Whenever we needed something from Rolendo, he attended to us immediately and was always willing!! Recommended if you are visiting Cuenca

Very comfortable apartment, the location is accessible but it is not exactly close enough to the center to walk, very organized, clean and pleasant. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

We had a truly wonderful stay at David’s beautiful penthouse unit. Perched atop a multi-family building, the apartment offered a breathtaking view of Cuenca that was simply unforgettable. While many might be drawn to the luxurious jacuzzi as the standout feature, for us, the real gem was the incredible king-sized bed—hands down one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in during our time in Cuenca. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. David’s mother greeted us with warmth and grace, and although we didn’t share a common language, her kindness and hospitality spoke volumes. She ensured everything was immaculately clean, perfectly arranged, and smelling fresh and inviting—clearly taking great pride in making guests feel at home. David himself was exceptional: thoughtful, personable, and always responsive to any questions or needs we had. His communication and attention to detail made everything seamless and stress-free. We were very comfortable in Patricia's accommodation, the apartment is very nice and comfortable with everything you need and we had a crib for my baby... The building is very safe and has a nice playground for children... Patricia was a very good host... a place we will definitely return to... recommended

Inexpensive place in a great location. No balcony, but the shared roof space had an AMAZING view. It's right in the center of the historic district, facing our words. Honestly, the view kept me there for a few nights. It's one of the best views in Cuenca.

Was a good helping and great place

I thoroughly enjoyed my adventure in Cuenca in major part because of the location of this studio. It was truly in the center heart of it all! The Mercado, the Supermaxi, all of El Centro...everything was within a 10-minute walk. Juan (and his wife) are amazing hosts! During my stay. he provided top notch service, responding quickly to all questions and concerns. He is truly solution-oriented, and made a big difference during my stay with his rapid responses to issues. Now, if you are like me (and you are cold-natured), I must mention that you may want to pack an extra blanket and some fuzzy socks as it can get a little chilly at night, especially during rainy season. All in all, if you want to be in the center of if all, this is your place!
