A wonderful charming house with an outstanding wiev over the ocean. It`s the last house on the road in a very child friendry area. 300 meters to the boat jetty, and 500 meter to the local beach with a public toilet. 5 km to supermarket, restaurang and health center. To watch the sunrise from our open air porch is an experience witch are few and far between. If you are a morning person, rise at dawn and face the sunrise, meditate or just have a cup of coffee in total silence on the trolley.

Bike and walking distance to the sea where you can enjoy the sun, evening swimming, crab fishing, etc. There are many different bathing bays to choose from. Badrocks distance to nice sand beach. Kattegattleden with a nice bike and walkways go 200 m below. Grocery store about 600 meters. 5 minutes to E6, to Gothenburg or south, towards Malmö/Copenhagen. Skogar med fina stigar gränsar till tomten.
