Our small apartment is brand new on the ground floor of an old building. The interior is cocooning with exposed stones and wood. It has an entrance, main room, small bedroom with new queen size bed, overlooking the bathroom and inner courtyard, small garden with views of the fields. No one around or above (1st floor empty). Private courtyard that can accommodate your vehicle with private entrance gate.

Our small house will welcome you in all simplicity in the quiet of the Ardèche countryside at an altitude of 350 m (15 minutes from Montelimar). You will find everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, connected TV, WiFi etc... (+Detail in the listing) you can enjoy the warmth of the wood fire in winter and bask in the sun in summer. Over the years we have been striving to improve its comfort, this year the bathroom has been renovated.
