The house located in the bastide of Villefranche-du-Périgord with its shops and swimming pool has a private outdoor courtyard not overlooked with electric barbecue. Charming house – ideal for families or groups of friends – within an 8 ha estate in the heart of nature. Come and recharge your batteries by enjoying the calm, green nature, swimming pool and the beautiful departments of Lot and Dordogne. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds or 1 double bed, bathroom, living room, bright kitchen with view and terrace in the middle of the forest to relax after an afternoon at the pool.

Gîte for 4 to 6 people with pool

The house is set in a green setting, surrounded by a large park and a small piece of forest. We use no chemicals outside. The pool is large, well secured and heated. It will sometimes be shared with the owners of the premises but the tenants of the cottage remain a priority. We have a large vegetable garden and like to share our passion. The cottage is well equipped but let's always listen to our tenants to satisfy their requests.

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Pomarède is located 10 minutes' drive from Prayssac (and all its local shops), 5 minutes' drive from Frayssinet-le-Gélat (bakery, supermarket, water park) and 35 minutes' drive from Cahors. Beautiful walks on foot or by bike can be taken in the surrounding area. In summer, due to its orientation and stone, the house will allow you to stay cool.

The accommodation is a fully renovated cottage in the middle of nature. You will appreciate the quiet of the place, ideal for relaxation. In addition, the surroundings offer many activities. Take a step back in this unique, soothing place to stay. Located on Lot river. You will stay in an old watermill within walking distance of a picturesque medieval town. Relax in a sun lounger on a private beach by the river. There is a 1 or 2 person modern unsinkable sit on top kayak with which you can paddle down the beautiful river.
