The pool is heated and designed to reach up to 30°C in optimal conditions (mild days, no wind). * In autumn and winter, as it is an outdoor pool, its temperature can vary significantly with the weather. It usually ranges from 22°C to 26°C on cool days.

Near the cabin there's an abandoned complex, but there's a caretaker living there and it's very safe.

In Las Flores you can take outdoor walks such as the suspension bridge over the Arroyo Tarairas, visit the Pittamiglio Castle museum and you can participate in recreational activities at the Club Social del Balneario.

The upper part has air conditioning and a high-performance wood-burning stove. The double room has air conditioning and a window with a front door of the house. Both rooms have a closet. The house is located just 100 meters from the beach (across the street).
