Apartment vacation rentals in Sattahip District

They arrived in June 2015 with their wife and grandson(3 people), they say in the rainy season. The rains were 3 times in almost 12 days and then at night, it was very hot,although it was cloudy during the day but they managed to burn out (very carefully). Konstantin organized a transfer from the airport. We were met at the airport( thanks to the driver and our guide Dima) were delivered to the place. Konstantin (the host) greeted us hospitably,escorted us to the house ,which everything was missing immediately. The house in which we were accommodated was just wonderful (3 floors, 3 bedrooms, all the amenities(washing machine ) huge hall,kitchen (you can cook yourself or go to "Tuk Tuk" to eat or have dinner in the city ) Although before that we booked the apartment, for us it was of course a gift. It turned out that the apartment was occupied,but even this is for the best. The apartment is also very good but much smaller. Very quiet, thesea is nearby,nice clean pool . If you are traveling with a child, then he will not be bored there,many children of Russians, you can go for a walk on the territory (everything is guarded,someone else will not pass). Tours can be ordered everywhere in the city (we turned to Dima and he took us wherever we wanted, of course for "baht" ). Everything is inexpensive,fruits are on every corner. Very tasty food in the fish market is not far from the cottage, 3 stops on "Tuk Tuk" In general, probably next year there is also a companion..

Really good, the house is in a great location, right next to Pattaya Beach, it is much better value for money than staying in a hotel next door, clean and hygienic, easy to get around, to Pattaya Soi 6 (ideal for boys), Bar Street Walking Street Night Market, these places are also very convenient, by the way, the boss is very nice and friendly, and told me a lot of delicious and fun places to visit, and I will not experience such a delicious😋 and interesting place to eat and travel freely!Overall a great experience!!

The house is good, the neighborhood is well equipped, and the host is very nice.

Great room~ Taking photos is also amazing, with a strong sense of comfort, and the bed and pillow are also very comfortable~I fell asleep just by diving in haha~

The room was nice and clean and well-equipped. The host explained it very well because we asked a lot. There was a mother who was also in a wheelchair.

The apartment itself was very satisfied, very cozy, bright, with a great view!!! There is a good gym nearby! By location: without a car in any way, there are no markets or supermarkets nearby, it is not very convenient with children (( in general, we were satisfied with the rest in this place!!! One of the Best place to Stay in Pattaya...It was the best experience staying there.Location is very beautiful and close to nature with Sea view Room in such a affordable price. This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival got a warmly welcomed by the Owner(Chirag). loved to cook f of my choice. Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. loved the ambience I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. The place is clean and has everything as mentioned. We trust that the host hires a professional cleaner and laundry service, so the cleanliness, linens, and towels are of hotel-equivalent quality, which is very satisfying. The place is well maintained—it is not new but is still in good condition. The host paid close attention to our booking. We had seven people, when we arrived, we found an extra rollaway futon in the living room. Kitchen equipment and utensils are sufficient, allowing us to prepare a quick breakfast ourselves. The view from the room has a slight flaw, as the room is on the 8th floor and the ocean view is partially blocked by the hotel building in front. However, we can still enjoy a sea view. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would not hesitate to visit the place again in the future.

Luxury condo next to the beach. There is a water park and onsen. The room is like new and comfortable. The bedroom is separate. Wifi is good. The bathroom is clean. The water is strong. The air conditioning is fast. The kitchen can cook. There is an extra sofa bed. The location is good. The sea is beautiful. Watch the sunset. No noise at night. There is 24 hr security. The host was easy to get in touch with and friendly. Would love to come back and stay again.

Excellent communication from host. Condo is exactly as the pictures show. Peaceful surroundings. Really large condo building, no reflection on this condo but pool areas need maintenance. Would stay again for a few days away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya city. Special thank you to host for mailing a personal electronic item left in the room
