Vacation rentals with a patio in Saskatoon

I had an amazing experience staying at Dominic’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The check-in process was seamless, and Dominic was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal—close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. We especially loved the balcony and windows with the views. Also, the beds were very comfortable, we had great sleeps all three nights! Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saskatoon. Thanks again, Dominic, for being such a thoughtful and accommodating host!

We would highly recommend Jennifer's B&B. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable. the location was easy walking to many amenities. We especially appreciated the having enough coffee for our entire stay. We hope to be back.

This condo is a beautiful home away from home. Loved the secure parking facility & the wonderful view. The kitchen is very well stocked with great pots & pans and Keurig coffee maker. Was great for a long stay. We made ourselves at home. David is a very kind & responsive host. From check in to check out we had all the information to make it a wonderful stay! This condo is definitely a 5 star.

What a perfect place to stay while visiting Saskatoon! Dougie was kind, warm and friendly and it made for a calm, relaxing stay. The space was not only extremely clean, but super fun and creative - the mural in the bedroom is insanely cool!! Really functional space, lots of spots to work from a laptop, quiet concrete building, bed & pillows were comfortable, parking was easy, appreciated the clear checkin instructions with images. There's also a loading zone out front if you just want to run up and grab the parking fob before bringing everything in. Will stay again - thanks so much!

I had a great time, Adeola was a great host. She was responsive and very helpful - they even brought me a blowdryer when I needed one! So sweet. She had everything I would need for amenities & the ceilings/space was very open & lots of natural light. The space was very cozy, accessible kitchen if you want to heat up take out, store food or light cook. The bath tub is deep and very nice, the first bedroom has the comfiest bed ever! Slept great, the windows are ground level and allow lots of natural light. I had complete privacy. Very pretty neighborhood. We ubered a lot to downtown or places we needed to go. In the summer it would be a nice walk with parks all around. Has shops and restaurants near. Canadian Brewhouse is a good sports bar and 10 min drive! It’s a great space to relax before heading out, for conference/business travellers, I will be back for sure!

This space was very comfortable, very well set up and had all the basics. The weather was lovely during my visit, so I enjoyed meals on the balcony, which has a fun, vibrant, urban view and vibe. The building is older and character-packed but with modern convenience and a very comfy bed. On-site parking is a bonus. Cody and Tamara have been absolutely fantastic to work with. Communication is quick and friendly. Thanks for a wonderful stay; this will be my first choice for all future Saskatoon trips.

If we could give this place 10 stars we would! The space had everything we could have hoped for: great location, cozy, beautiful pottery made by the host, nice big backyard, and the sweetest kitty ever. Thanks for a wonderful stay - we hope to be back!

Great place to stay hosts were super friendly. Suite was beautiful and looked way smaller in the pictures so that was a wonderful surprise. Flexible hours which was nice over all great place to stay:)

Besides proving clear instructions, Jon checked in to ensure things were going well - hr was proactive and responsive. The unit was great, as described, and had everything we needed. Also - great proximity to our downtown conference. I’d definitely stay here again knowing that the owner is respectful, cares about your stay, has everything in place to make guests feel at home, and an easy process from start to finish. Would book again! Being on the 20th floor provided amazing view of the city and of the river thanks to the huge windows facing both downtown and the river as well as the wrap around balcony and rooftop patio access. We we were close to the river paths and easy to access the main of the downtown as well as easy to access the university/university hospital if that's what you're booking for. Extremely minor things to note; one bed was soft and the other firm (great if you have a preference). I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you prefer firmer ones. the sink tap in the bathroom would randomly go hot (but I don't think that's an owner issue more of a building issue; shower temp. and pressure were great though). There were extra blankets scattered around the apartment if you needed which was fantastic (under the TV stand, on the bedroom dressers). The fans in each bed room and indoor air conditioning was perfect while there was smoke in the air for a day due to a fire nearby.

A beautiful condo in a very quiet building, close to restaurants and easy access to get to and from airport . Loved being able to sit outside on the spacious balcony and watch the sunset 🌅. Melissa is a fabulous host , there were lovely snacks waiting on our arrival as well as a basket of toiletries in case you forgot something! Great thoughtful touches . We also truly appreciated the detailed instructions for the tv remote!! This often is overlooked at other places we stay! Definitely would stay here again .

Grant was GREAT! He was very quick to answer questions and was super helpful. The unit was lovely, spacious and just right for our needs. Easily walkable to the downtown area, park right beside us, had a lovely stay.

The apartment was bright, tidy, well appointed, and spotlessly clean. It was so nice to be well above ground level.

Jennifer's Airbnb was just perfect. Great size for us, everything was in great clean condition and very well equipped. In walking distance from shops and the river and we appreciated the secure underground parking. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

If you're looking to stay in the Riversdale district in Saskatoon, Michael's place is comfortable and convenient. The top-floor apartment is modern, quiet, and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, secure underground parking, and plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries and coffeeshops a short walk away. The river is minutes away, with trails extending through most of downtown. Michael was always available for anything we needed, and graciously provided us a pack-away crib for our toddler at the last minute. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would love to stay at Michael's again in the future.
